Science and Technology Park is the implementation of the carrier body that nurtures innovation capacity and innovation strategy. The successful experience of a large amount of Science and Technology Park indicates that Science and Technology Park can enhance scientific innovation, developing high-tech industries. This article analyses the formation and evolution mechanism of collaborative research and technology park innovation network through the analysis of the behavior and strengthens the theoretical research efforts on the development of Science and Technology Park, expanding the theoretical research system of Science and Technology Park according to the development and evolution Perspective.First, this article defines science and technology park concept and content and analysis collaborative innovation network characteristics of the science and technology park on the basis of complexity theory.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the article describes construction of the science and technology park?s collaborative innovation networks based on the first part of properties of collaborative innovation networks of the science and technology park. The article further establishes a science and technology park collaborative innovation network factors multilayer hierarchical structure model using the explanation of the structural model. It further develops the conceptual model which influences the relationship of the science and technology park?s collaborative innovation networks and designs the scale and questionnaire and uses the key elements in the research of the establishing of collaborative Research and Technology Park innovation Network.The article gives the information about the science and technology park production-study-research cooperative innovation network evolution and introduces the formation and change of science and technology park production-study-research cooperative innovation network. According to the theory of "three spiral", the article establishes the mode, structure and operational relationship of Production, Education & Research of the science and technology park collaborative innovation network. According to the features of production-study-research cooperative innovation network, the article analyzes the collaborative innovation relations? conditions between the enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions in science and technology park zone. The paper analyses the operation and mechanism of production-study-research cooperative innovation network and evolution mechanism and further discusses co-evolution of relation of three parties.Given the Collaborative Innovation Network Technology Park is a directed weighted scale-free small-world networks, the paper constructs small-world network model basing on the technology park collaborative innovation networks. On the basis of Matlab platform, the paper makes the simulation about the co-evolution process of the science and technology Park innovation network and carries out further analysis of the small-world network? operation mechanism of science and technology park collaborative innovation network.Finally, on the basis of the foregoing analysis about the Science and Technology Park collaborative innovation networks to establish the conditions, the paper puts forward the evolution of science and technology park collaborative innovation network and makes the policies and suggestions about it.
