| Under the background of excessive consumption of resources and ecological damage, the transformation and upgrading of resources-oriented enterprise becomes an important issue. The theoretical study on the influence factor of resources-oriented enterprises transformation concentrate on only one element or using a large sample of regression analysis so that cannot fully reflect the successful experience of resources-oriented enterprises transformation and element combination effect. Based on the perspective of collaborative evolution, the successful transition of three resources-oriented enterprises is analyzed. The research finds that no matter in industry transformation, cross-industry transformation or complex transformation, the industrial structure, operation mode and assets structure are not only the key factors in the success of the resources-oriented enterprises transformation, but also the collaborative evolution factors in the process. Different transformation modes make different forms and mechanisms. Therefore, the transformation success of resources-oriented enterprises is actually an interaction synergy evolution process and result of collaborative evolution of the industrial structure, operation mode and assets structure. Research conclusion of this paper enriches and develops the coordinated theory, combing the transition path of the resources-oriented enterprises, extracting the theory frame and the evolution mechanism of the key factors of resources-oriented enterprises transformation based on the perspective of collaborative evolution. |
