Selection Of Productionmanagement Innovation Methods Types For Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises And Countermeasure

Since the reform and opening-up, China’s national strength and economy havemade a leap forward, China has now become the second largest economy. A nation ora region’s economic development would not be possible without the support ofmanufacturing with innovation of products as the base. However, the practicalproblem that theory behind the practice needs has a negative effect. On the one hand,the development of manufacturing enterprises not only need the advanced equipmentand technology, but also need management methods, innovation of managementsystem and on. Following problems exist in manufacturing enterprises such asunenlightened management means and methods. On the other hand, the research oftechnology innovation is relatively mature in domestic and foreign academic circles,but the research of enterprise management innovation is still in its infancy. Andmanufacturing enterprises lack the effective theoretical direct. This thesis mainlystudies the following area based on manufacturing enterprises:(1) Using the method of content analysis to analysis innovation field andsummarizes it. We compares and analyzes and discusses the development presentsituation, hotspots and the future trend of management innovation, and then find abreakthrough point of enterprise management innovation.(2) In this paper, from the perspective of enterprise innovation system, aiming atsolving the differ definition of enterprise innovation in our domestic academic, webuild the conceptual model of enterprise innovation. We divide enterprise innovationinto three categories which included organizational innovation, technologicalinnovation and management innovation. We defined organizational innovation+technological innovation+management innovation=enterprise innovation system.The definition makes the orientation of the research content.(3) Manufacturing enterprise management innovation method type selectionfactors, mechanism, the conceptual model building. Aim to investigate characteristicsand discipline of management innovation method of Chinese enterprises. Usingexploratory multiple case study method and based on grounded theory, we analyzed toidentify influencing factors and dimensions of management innovation method ofChinese enterprises. Through open coding, axial coding selective coding and modeling, the results show that the environment, the team spirit of innovation,innovation culture and enterprise strategic choice are four fundamental categories ofthe factors.(4) Manufacturing enterprise management innovation method type choiceintelligent evaluation. Based on the above analysis, we use neural network and SVMmethod to build intelligent evaluation systems of enterprise management innovationmethods.(5) For at the start of enterprise management innovation to promote thegovernment’s macro support role, build a game model. In view of the government rolein the enterprise management innovation to build the game model is analyzed, thegovernment’s propaganda, guide and direct support for enterprise innovation strategychoice in the cooperative innovation, independent innovation or give up have effect.Finally, we in the process of enterprise management innovation and development inChina, put forward the development countermeasures and Suggestions.·...
