Supplier selection is the basic problem of supply chain management,and it is also the key and difficult problem.In essence,this problem can be attributed to the problem of "partner selection",which can be interpreted and explained by many management and economic models of partner selection.To put it simply,the question we are actually discussing is which factors affect the selection of suppliers,and how influential these factors are.However,the process of supplier selection is a disorder hybrid system,we are prone to fall into the misunderstanding of over-subjective evaluation.Therefore,this paper develops a TOPSIS supplier evaluation model based on entropy weight to solve this problem so as to try to find the balance between subjective evaluation and scientific two-dimension evaluation.The reason for taking an intelligent terminal product on board as an example is that the supplier selection of the product needs to take into account the subjective measurement factors,such as R & D capability,price strategy expectation and so on,for the "entropy weight" model.This is more illustrative.Furthermore,the on-board intelligent terminal product is the key breakthrough direction of the development of telecommunications industry in China.If the evaluation model constructed in this paper can provide experience and reference for its supplier selection,its practical significance is self-evident.In conclusion,this paper mainly focuses on the evaluation index system and evaluation method of vehicle intelligent terminal product supplier selection,which mainly involves the following three aspects:First,a more operational supply chain partner evaluation index system is constructed,which is divided into subjective and objective two-dimensional,involving product quality,product prices,corporate finances,corporate R&D capabilities and sales market evaluation.Secondly,the TOPSIS method is used to optimize the ranking of evaluation objects so as to make it more intuitive to see whether the supplier's comprehensive ability level is high or low.Thirdly,take the X company's supplier selection of vehicle intelligent terminal products as an example to conduct empirical analysis.On the one hand,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and the TOPSIS evaluation method based on entropy weight;and on the other hand,X company.The supplier selection of vehicle intelligent terminal products provides experience reference.
