China is increasingly becoming the world manufacturing center, and its manufacturing industry has already absorbed many production management concepts and methods of western countries. Among which, lean production and MRP management are widely used in China. However, the two methods still have some problems during their application in China's manufacturing industry.The thesis is presented that the JIT from Japan enterprise and the development of ERP from the U.S. It contrasts and analyzes the theory of the two production management modes, demonstrating the theory and methods of multi-mode integration and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of mixed mode. A compositive solution for the two production management methods has been put forward in this thesis, which explains the theory, establishment and evaluation method of the model in detail. As for the establishment of theoretical model, the thesis analyzes the basis of different production management theories (JIT/TOC/MRP) in detail during the manufacturing process. After analyzing the influence of market requirement on the production plan, the thesis sets up a multi-model to arrange the production plan by the compositive management system for different production plan management.Based on the AHP and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the thesis constructs an effective evaluation model and method, it constructs a evaluation model by four transverse aspects (compositive model system performance, applying in practice, effection in practise and the value on applying) and two depth aspects. The compositive model and the evaluation have a great value on the production management, it keeps down the cost of production and increases the speed to market requirement.
