Enterprise operations monitoring are the management activities to knowbusiness operation situation timely and accurately, carry on the analysis ofdecision making, and allocate resource by using kinds of managementmethods and technical means. Operations monitoring is the core ofenterprise management. Although managers developed a variety of methodsto implement the operation monitoring for a long time, there still will be a bigenterprise disease with the expanding and sustainable development of theenterprise, like redundant management level, long chain, more barriersbetween functional unit and extensive management information asymmetryproblems. These restrained efficiency benefits to the enterprise. With thecontinuous development of information technology, information collectionand processing costs dropped, some enterprises began to explore newmonitoring model to set up dedicated operation monitoring center, equippedwith professional operation monitoring person and use professionalmonitoring tool. This “Operation Monitoring based on InformationIntegration based”new operation mode geared to the needs of the entireenterpriser, through the management hierarchy, covering all aspects ofenterprise management and provide new support means for the enterprisedecision makers to fully understand business situation, comprehensiveanalysis of the external environment’s influence on enterprises, accurate graspoperation dynamically and effectively eliminate barriers. This paper aims to comprehensive analysis of monitoring the businessoperation various management and technical means of the present situationand the existing problems, expounded the management connotation of"operational monitoring system based on information integration”, study themonitoring center top design, monitoring mechanism, the analysis ofmechanism, personnel and organizational mechanism, tools, environmentsupport, and other necessary management measures by combining the realityof a large state-owned enterprise. In the final, it analyze the influence ofexisting operation monitoring system due to operation monitoring systembased on information integration establishment and prospects thedevelopment trend of the enterprise operation monitoring system.
