The Nature Of Alienation Of Employment Labor And Its Sublation

The thesis researches on Wage-Labor’s alienation, which is not solved by Marx, does preliminary study in CPC’s practice for solving that difficult question in developing sinicization of Marxism. On the basis of that research, the thesis analyzes the economy and social condition of Wage-Labor in China, studies the experiences of other Socialism country, tries to find ways to solving that difficult question, and looks forward to prepare a thought line for solving it.Marx’s Wage-Labor theory is founded on investigation of capitalist production. Wage-Labor Theory reveals employment generation, existing conditions, labor’s working process, labor essence, reveals the Wage-Labor’s alienation, then presuppose the ending of the Wage-Labor. The generation and extinction conditions lives in Capitalism, that is when the capitalist private ownership does not exist, the capitalist society is replaced by the unity of freedom, Wage-Labor will disappear, but labor will be free and the United labor in the future. However, how to realize the free labor and united labor, Marx left no detail theory, he just pointed out that Capitalism’s self-sublation can’t be true until all of its productive forces that productive relations can accommodate play out, namely, the capitalist productive forces has a full development.As long as the capitalist private ownership exist, the purpose of proliferation that capital pursuit will not be changed, the surplus work will not be stopped, the exploitation will not end,the opposition between workers and labor, product will not disappear; the alienation of labor cannot be dispelled. This is the theoretical problem Marx left to the proletariat. After all workers unite, to overcome the alienation problem of Wage-Labor become the proletariat and its party’s aim. Only the problem is solved, can liberate the labor and the purpose of each individual’s comprehensive and free development will be realized.In the primary stage of socialism in China, because of many kinds of ownership economy exist, Wage-labor can not be avoided and the labor is not truly free labor as Marx’s dream. Our country’s social system and economic development background is different from the existence of labor as Marx described, "employer" and " employee" has the same interests and goals, they are not confronted sharply, but Wage-Labor’s alienation is still not completely eliminated and "alienation” in the social development comes occasionally because of the productivity of our country is not developed enough at the present. Therefore, admitted that Wage-Labor’s alienation and research Wage-Labor in primary stage of socialism is a promotion for Marx’s Wage-Labor Theory developing in China, the approval for great thought of the socialist market economy development, the exploration to eliminate the "labor difference" and let "common prosperity" come true.Since the Communist Party of China established, they has committed to eliminate exploitation and oppression, studied Marx’s Wage-Labor Theory in the process of sinicization of Marxism, tries to solve the problem of Wage-Labor’s alienation, realize the transition from socialism to communism. The process of to solving the problem of Wage-Labor’s alienation by the Communist Party of China is also the process of Marx’s Wage-Labor Theory developed in China. Because the Communist Party of China has different tasks and goals in different periods, they has different views to Wage-Labor, so Marx’s Wage-Labor Theory developing in China presents a practical and localization features. The process of Marx’s Wage-Labor Theory has shown innovation, Wage-Labor developed rationally in China on the basis of socialist public ownership allow non-public economy. This is the Communist Party of China studied Wage-Labor’s rationality, based on the idea of “develop the productive forces; realize the self sublation of the capitalist system". The Communist Party of China thinks the primary and basic task for solving “labor alienation” is to liberate and develop the productive forces, promote the China characteristics socialist economic construction.
