Wage system of collective bargaining is one of the core systems of labor relations adjustment. With the advent of China’s collective labor rights protection, the importance of wage collective bargaining system grows with each passing day. But the system in China that started late is still in its infancy, and the mechanism of it has not yet to be really formed. Therefore, wage system of collective bargaining hasn’t played a bigger role in coordinating labor conflicts and regulating the labor market order. Laborers are still at a disadvantage in the process of negotiation; the phenomenon “strong capitalism-weak labor” will persist for a long period of time, in consequence, it is difficult to maintain their real interests for disadvantaged labors. Such problems will not only affect labor relations, but also the interests of labors, even the construction of a harmonious society. For this reason, to clarify the existing problems in current system and put forward the corresponding solutions has become particularly important to improve China’s wage system of collective bargaining.This paper is China’s collective wage bargaining system as the object research and based on Marx’s Wage Theory and Western Wage Theory as the theoretical basis, using the combination of theory and practice, literature research, comparative analysis method. Firstly, the current existing problems of the salary collective negotiation system in our country, this paper introduced the origin and present situation of wage collective bargaining negotiation system in china; secondly, this paper analyzed the main problems and reasons of the existing system of wage collective bargaining negotiation system from the labor unions, businesses, and government, and draw lessons from foreign salary collective negotiation system of practical experience; Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the wage collective bargaining system is put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of perfecting our country’s system of collective wage negotiations.
