Urbanization, industrialization, informationization and agriculture modernization, are also a migrant workers employment history process. Migrant workers population with different age, gender, family background, due to the presence of different risk preference and job motivation, their employment choice behavior is different;The existing research separated as the macro factors system and as the microcos factors of individual characteristics, human capital and social capital.Or the system and policy, and market environment factors such as macrobackground and control variable to study the micro individual employmentbehavior, so the interpretation of research capacity is limited.This paper attempts to characterize the macro factors of labor market segmentation embedding migrant workers population’s employment selection inmicro behavior, according to the study frame of a predetermined, this paper introduces the expected utility theory and labor market segmentation theory to construct the theoretical model research.First of all, to reveal the formation mechanism of the department of employment under the action of labor market segmentation.Then, from the static aspect, to explore the risk of employment and the labor market segmentation effect on migrant workers employment choice behavior. Employment risk is risk perception of the objective existence, but also the individual subjective feelings, labor market segmentation is a migrant background, is objective existence.These two perspectives are combined together, can better explain people’s behavior choice; The dynamic aspect, to explore the dependence effect between the primary and the present employment vocational employment,At the same time, the entry threshold and the specificity of human capital based on the discussion of employment, stabilizing effect.The main findings are as follows:First, the use of clustering and classification method to verify the existence of policy, labor market segmentation of human capital segmentation, industry segmentation. Through supply and demand of labor market model to derive the formal sector and the informal sector. The formal sector for organ business units, the entry threshold is higher, can enjoy the public finance payment, or larger private organizations, practitioners more for local workers population; The informal sector for the individual or small private organization, the entry threshold is low, cannot enjoy the public finance payment, performance for individual practitioners or small scale private enterprises, practitioners are mostly migrant workers population.Second, according to the expected utility function to measure the risk of employment, thenthe expected value of utility and expected utility comparison, division of employment risk type. Using ols and logit model analysis, the results show that the department of employmentchoice behavior, because the labor market policy and industry segmentation, risk averse workers population into the probability of the practitioners of the informal sector is higher than the risk preference of migrant workers population. The estimation results show that social capital factors, migrant workers is still mainly rely on traditional social relationship of employment, But its workers population uplink occupation flow a little help.
