The rural labor is the connection between the urban and ruralt, the region, the agriculture and non-agricultural industries. As migrant workers' intergenerational endowment gradually tend to be more differentiat in guizhou, and increasingly to be younger,under the background of continuous optimization of the industrial structure,study on the new generation of migrant workers employment choice behavior and its influencing factors,and grasp the law of the new generation of migrant workers employment location selection,has important practical significance to solve many restricting factors, build achieve stable employment of the rural labor force, promote rural labor migration in the institutional environment.On the same time,it plays an important role in promoting the effective allocation of labor resources in rural areas, increasing farmers' income, optimizing the industrial structure.This paper focuses on the research of the new generation of migrant workers' employment site selection in Guizhou Province.In this paper,migrant workers' employment location options in guizhou can be divided into the township, the county town,outiside the county but in the city,outside the city but in the province,and outside the province.The paper obtain the relevant datas in through the issuance of questionnaires,and use tools of the theory of multiple attribute decision making,combine the fuzzy multi-objective decision-making model and multinomial logistic regression analysis model,to analyse the choice behavior of new generation migrant workers' employment under the limited rationality. After compare the the model results of empirical analysis and the survey statistics, to stuy under the condition of information unbiased and biased, whether the new generation migrantworkers in Guizhou Province choose the the most satisfactory employment location.And according to the results of empirical analysis to obtain the corresponding conclusions and policy implications.
