At every moment, enterprises face the challenges of growth. In the recession of global economic, success is respectable. The chance of failaure is much larger than success-How to explore the growth momental and blue sea? After the seawave of global ecomomic, how to position the future growth model of enterprise? High-tech industry makes progress rapidly and the situation shifts instantly. How to plan the suitable growth strategy in different growth stage and changed sitationrepeatly challenges the wisdom of multinational corporation management. How to sustend in the new epoch and changed times through enterprise competency and vertical cooperation with vendors is a great topic that the management, shareholders, and employees are eager to care. That is what this paper start with, integrating with economic theory and rich high tech industry experience, to develop a pratical methodology for industry application.The scope and complexicity of environmental deformation launch the enterprise to look for new formula to gain profit. Some enterprises and scholars do the company growth research from resource and organization. Company growth is to be guided by new model. The past assessment of company growth should be systematic upgrade in cycled and uncertain era. It is quiet different from the traditional industry assessment model and have not been seen in related research. Therefore, this research will study mobile telecommunication as research object. The supply chain will be analyzed with Game and Internalization-incentive theory then construct a new enterprise growth model.This thesis further infers the assumptions of evidence research then propose concrete recommendations base on evidence and outcome. The purposes is to analysize the competition situation of cell phone game and establish high tech enterprise growth aspects and patterns in order to interpret growth strategy and limitation. They could be improvement basis and guidelines in multinational corporations.Moreover, research achievement could be the reference to construct next generation enterprise growth theory to maxime key growth value of enterprise. It also could be further probed and studied within the academic circle.
