Research Of Agricultural Products Closed Supply Chain Operation Mode And Performance

Against the background of food safety, the paper takes the supply chain led and implemented by agricultural leading enterprises as the research object, adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and conducts in-depth analysis of the problems including establishment, vision of implementation and influence factors of closed strategy and operation mode of agricultural products’ closed supply chain led and implemented by agricultural leading enterprises and supply chain performance. The paper’s main research contents and innovation points are as follows:Firstly, the paper establishes the vision model which influences operation mode of agricultural products’ closed supply chain led and implemented by agricultural leading enterprises and empirically analyzes the factor which influences its vision of implementation. By means of theories including theory of planned behavior and transaction cost economics theory, the paper establishes an influence model which impacts operation model of agricultural product’s closed supply chain implemented by agricultural leading enterprises, conducts regression analysis of research data by taking advantage of research data and logistic model and empirically verifies the factor which influences vision of implementation of operation mode of closed supply chain.Moreover, the paper puts forward four closed strategies of operation mode for agricultural products’ closed supply chain led and implemented by agricultural leading enterprise, analyzes and demonstrates every closed strategy’s closure effect on quality and safety control. The four closed strategies are multistage quality inspection closed strategy established by the government and enterprises, market access closed strategy dominated by the government and enterprises, the closed strategy of agricultural products’quality and safety traceability established by both the government and enterprises and led by enterprises and common logistics operation closed strategy established by both the government and enterprises and led by enterprises. Theoretical analysis shows that closed operation strategies have closure effect on food safety of supply chain.Last but not the least, based on BSC evaluation model, the paper builds performance evaluation system of agricultural products’closed supply chain led and implemented by agricultural leading enterprises and empirically analyzes operation strategy of closed supply chain’s influence on supply chain performance with structural equation model. Based on BSC evaluation model, the paper considers the leading role of agricultural leading enterprises and operational characteristics of closed supply chain, innovates and establishes extended performance evaluation system of six-dimensional supply chain including finance, supply chain operation, client, supply chain innovation, social responsibility and quality and safety control. On this basis, the paper establishes a structural equation model about closed operation strategy’s influence on performance of agricultural product’s closed supply chain, empirically verifies that four closed operation strategies of agricultural products’ closed supply chain exerts a remarkably positive influence on performance of closed supply chain by making use of research data.
