| Regional economic integration is the main trend in the world, the region participate in the international competition as a whole. China has formed Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region which have showed a very strong competitive and have competitive advantage in the global area, and plays an important role in enhancing the overall competitiveness of a country. As the third largest area, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s location is very important, it is the axis of region flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow of the "Three North". And it is the most immediate and most convenient maritime hubfor northwest, north to northeast Asia. Accelerating the development of regional integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is conducive to the use of coupled "three regions" tie plate and the status of "South Africa and the North" section and the external development of the portal location, but also conducive to the realization of strategic goals of regional coordination. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s regional development have caused state leaders’ great attention, especially the national plan to build capital economic circle clearly will enhance the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. President Xi Jinping put forward seven requirements in2014, February26to promote the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei area, Premier Li Keqiang also stressed the strengthening ring economic cooperation of Bohai and the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region in the government work report on March5,2014.However, the economic integration of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has been relatively slow, Hebei province has been the weakest development between the two big city Beijing and Tianjin, at the same time, Beijing city is facing the development problems such as overcrowding, traffic congestion, excessive population, high housing prices, the haze problem, the shortage of soil and water resources, the ecological deterioration problems and so on. Research on the economic integration of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region have long been concerned for many studies, the scholars from the industrial cooperation, infrastructure, system, culture and so on, also put forward a lot of economic integration of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region policy recommendations. However, there are few studies on regional economic integration from the perspective of regional industry chain. In fact, the regional industry chain has become a worldwide economic phenomenon and widely practiced in the Chinese eastern coastal area, contact and cooperation of a region within the city is lasting, the connection degree is weak or strong, largely determines the level of regional economic integration and competitiveness.This paper will research the economic integration of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region from the angle of the regional industrial chain, not only enrich the theoryand perfect the connotation of regional industry chain, but also coordinat the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region’s economic, social, environmental, and achieve the strategic goal of regional coordinated development in China. It also has important practical significance in enhancing the overall national competitiveness. This paper is arranged as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, firstly, this paper selected topic basis from the theoretical and realistic background, and then through the review of related literature presents the significance of this study, and then introduces the research content, research methods, technical route and possible innovation points etc. The second chapter is a literature review. The third chapter is the theoretical analysis section, the formation mechanism of regional industry chain, the regional industry chain and the integration of regional economy relations are described, the factors affecting the development of regional industry chain will also be analyzed.The fourth chapter to the eigth chapter is the empirical part. The fourth chapter uses the average spread step method and industrial chain connection degree method to measure the development degree of industrial chain. The fifth chapter is studied by the methods of choosing leading industry, on this basis, further leading industrial chain characteristics using the main industry chain selecting method for the analysis of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. Sixth chapter uses the comparative research method, taking the Yangtze River Delta as the reference, the research status and characteristics of regional industry chain development of Yangtze River Delta, leading industry and industry chain, and compare the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and Yangtze River delta. The seventh chapter, based analysis of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region of strategic emerging industries and the Yangtze River Delta region and comparison, combined with the existing leading industries of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, put forward the future idea about cultivation of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region leading industry. The eigth chapter uses the model of econometrics method to the market, affecting the development of regional industry chain of capital, technology, location factors, factors of foreign direct investment and empirical analysis, each factor in the further development of the industry chain are analyzed and discussed.The ninth chapter is the conclusion, policy recommendations, research deficiency and prospect. The main conclusions of this study are summarized, and then put forward on how to promote the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region industry chain, how to carry on the industrial chain division of labor and the leading industry chain selection policy suggestions in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.
