The global financial crisis of2008gave birth to the scientific and technologicalrevolution and industrial revolution of a new round, and the stem cell industry, as atypical emerging industry feild, has attracted national attention. Therefore, in the newperiod of innovation driven and the transformation of economic development modein China, against the prominent problems such as blind development, overlappinginvestment and so on, it has great academic significance and practical meaning toscientifically layout the stem cell industry and build their development modes.The dissertation proposes the connotation and classification of stem cellindustry, and analyzes and concluds the practice and enlightenment of stem cellindustry in the United States, Britain, Japan and China.
