Research On The Incubation Platform’s Development Layout Of RT Stem Cell Company

The 14th Five-Year Plan of the State proposes to accelerate the realization of innovation in strategic emerging industries.As a typical strategic emerging industry,stem cell industry has achieved rapid development and accumulated a large number of technological achievements under the promotion of national policies.In this environment,RT Stem Cell Company continues to carry out technological innovation,and carry out stem cell project incubation,and has made certain progress.However,Heilongjiang Province’s stem cell technology innovation resources,financial support and supporting foundation for the development of related industries are still insufficient compared with developed regions in China,which will affect the sustainable development of enterprises.With the development of digital technology,the construction of incubation platform to effectively use external resources has become an important topic with practical significance to be explored for the sustainable development of RT stem Cell company.Based on the practical development needs of RT stem cell company,this paper studies and designs the development layout of its incubation platform.First of all,the relevant research contents of domestic and foreign platforms,incubation platforms and enterprise-led incubation platforms were sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation for the layout design of platform development.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of RT stem cell company and the macro,meso and micro environment of its incubation platform construction,identifies the problems and practical needs of its incubation platform development,and proposes the strategic conception of the incubation platform development of RT stem cell company based on the comprehensive advantages and life cycle theory.Thirdly,the main contents of the incubation platform at the start-up,growth and sustainable development stages were analyzed to determine the core influencing factors of the development of the incubation platform of RT stem cell company,and the importance of influencing factors at different stages was sorted by AHP to lay a foundation for the development layout of the platform.Then,according to the stage development characteristics of the incubation platform of RT stem cell company,Based on the idea of integrated development of technology chain and capital chain,the layout plan of start-up,growth and sustainable development stage is designed.Finally,the implementation strategy of the development layout of RT stem cell company’s incubation platform is designed from three aspects: platform construction and development,platform resource guarantee,platform talent cultivation and incentive,so as to jointly ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the development layout of RT stem cell company’s incubation platform.The research results have important practical significance for improving the incubation capacity and development quality of RT stem cell company incubation platform,and provide beneficial reference for the construction and development of enterprise incubation platform,and promote the innovation and development of China’s stem cell industry.
