Research On Industry Layout Based On Industry Cluster View

Industry cluster strategy is an important policy to supervise the industry layout and economy development in developed and developing country, especially to instruct the small and medium enterprises clusters' development and policy innovation. As a new spatial industrial organization, industry cluster is the significant measure and approach to adjust industry structure and accelerate economy growth, and have great significance to optimize resource configuration, promote regional competitive advantage, and actualize the regional harmonious development. With the implementation of China's Western development strategy, economy and society have made great progress in western region. However, the fragile ecological environment is still the main factor that restricts the economy development, it is the urgent affairs to modulate development mode and adjust industry structure and layout, especially search for development mode of characteristic industry. How to use the experience of eastern developed region for reference, use advanced cluster theory to constitute the scientific and rational economic development strategy and industry policy, facilitate the industry cluster development and promote the rational layout and optimization of industry organization, and realize the sustainable, healthy and rapid development of economy in underdeveloped region. It requires in-depth reflection and study which is the purpose of building a harmonious society and benefits hundred millions of people.Based on such cognition, the author selected this subject to make paper. Firstly, the author concluded and summarized the domestic and international research trends and correlating theory on industry cluster and industry layout in the paper. Secondly, the interactive mechanism of industry cluster and regional economic development is analyzed, elicited that industry has great competition advantage, and industry cluster and regional development are interactive relationship forming a positive feedback system, industry cluster is the effective spatial agglomeration organization mode, which is the important approach to promote industry competitive advantage, and can accelerate the local economy growth and enhance regional competitiveness through multiplier effect. Thirdly, the author analyzed industry layout based on industry cluster, elicited that industry park is the basis platform and effective carrier which can accelerate the industry cluster in a certain scale. Finally, the author took Xian yang city as a case to make demonstration research, analyzed the current characteristics of industry development, and also development opportunity and condition, then proposed "one core, three district, four axis, six group, seven industry park" as Xian yang spatial structure of industry layout, and suggestions to promote cluster development. Subsequently, the author analyzed the development of industry park based on industry cluster, brought forward the development mode and dynamic development model, besides, took National (Xian yang) Display Industry Park as an example, the author make research on its development environment and competitive advantage, and put forward its development model and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
