Tourism is so comprehensive that it has many related industries and has a long industry chain. It has been widely involved in many areas. A pan-tourism industry group arises, in which tourism leads the development of other industries and extends out some new industry. With the transformation of China’s economic development, the growth of China’s tourism industry will become more rapid. New urbanization process in China will combine tourism, land finance, and industrial restructuring together, push up the tourism development, break the traditional mode of tourism development, make it fully integrated with regional development and urbanization. At the same time, there arises a tourism industry cluster whose core element is the natural and cultural tourism attraction of specific area, whose basis is tourism enterprises and supported by other types of enterprises. Moreover, it is in the process of transition from a primary form to a strategic one. Regional tourism cooperation can increase the visibility of the region and enhance the overall image of the tourist area. However, regional tourism also can brought many problems to the region, such as various forms of local protectionism, low-level redundant construction of transportation infrastructure, information transmission in the area, allocation and other funding issues. Under the support of the development of modern information and communication technologies, the supply chain of tourism extends in all directions, which brings uncertainties into it. Thus, cooperation and allocation of the tourism industry and other related industries become an important research issue.Coalition is a new approach to solve these complex system problems. Coalition can stimulate innovation capability of enterprises, promote competition and cooperation among enterprises, and achieve economic growth of a region and the whole country.During the process of the formation of tourist service supply chain coalition, the forms of tourism coalition are diverse, the coverage is also increasingly comprehensive, the effect becomes increasingly evident. However, in the current system, each firm in the coalition maximizes its own interests, thus cooperation has not been reasonable, effectively integrated, resulting in inefficient coalition. Meanwhile, it is absent that a reasonable and perfect dynamic incentive mechanisms of allocation of benefits to ensure that all participants act in accordance with the coalition guidelines for the optimal allocation scheme initially developed jointly under the optimal state trajectory until the end of the game, which restricts the cooperation of tourism firms.Due to the application of the information process, big data, cloud computing, networking technology, artificial intelligence technology, and mobile communications technology in the tourism industry, it is possible to design a dynamic allocation mechanism of benefits in the tourism industry. Based on this, the following is the main contents and results of this study:First, on the basis of the research on domestic and foreign tourism stakeholders, we find the tourism is related to human tissue factor(government, developers, residents, etc.) and non-human factors(resources, environment, etc.), thus the tourism development can be classified as the core layer, the support layer and the edge layer according to its coverage and effects; then we classify the core interests parties of regional tourism service supply chain, describe the various demands of key stakeholders and the main conflict of interests among them; then we use the data to make a presentation and analysis; eventually we find that the major reason is the conflict of supply and demand caused by the tourist information and the allocation of benefits.Second, in order to investigate the mechanism of regional tourism service supply chain coalition, we analyze the motivation of the formation of firm coalition and describe the characteristics of the coalition; then we investigate five types of risks when the coalition is formed; then we construct a bullwhip effect model to uncover the causes of adverse-selection in the tourism service supply chain, and provide an empirical analysis using a principal-agent model.Third, we introduce the differential game theory into the analysis of regional tourism service supply chain coalition, and construct a dynamic Shapley value model of benefits allocation in coalition based on multi-person differential cooperative game theory; then we use the instantaneous equilibrium payoff of multi-person cooperation to guarantee the individual rationality, the coalition rationality and time consistency, it also guarantees the persistent efficiency of benefits allocation scheme under the optimal criterion. This makes the regional tourism service supply chain coalition is maintained, until the successful cooperation of tourism service supply chain coalition.Fourth, we do an empirical analysis on the dynamic Shapley value benefits allocation using the data of the “Great Lushan” tourism coalition, and provide some suggestions. To develop the regional tourism, one should strengthen the management of the core interests of the coalition, accelerate the pace of the informationalization, and use an efficient incentive mechanism, as well as have an equitable allocation mechanism.In summary, this dissertation explores the interests coordinating system in the perspective of cooperative differential game from both theoretical and empirical aspects. It systematically expounds the main stakeholder of regional tourism service supply chain coalition, the motivation, characteristics and problems of coalition formation; we enrich and improve the regional economy theory and supply chain coalition theory of industrial clusters through the introduction of incentives to achieve the stability of coalition; we also hope to help to promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in Jiangxi Province and realize the province’s goal of “strengthening the province by tourism”.
