In recent years, the economic in China has gained remarkable achievement. In 2010, the nominal GDP of China is $ 5.8786 trillion, which made China surpass Japan to become the world’s second largest economy. But subject to the effect of unreasonable industrial structure, energy consumption and pollutant emissions are increased year by year with high-speed economic development, which can be said economic development is at the expense of resources and environment. Although the resource reserves in China leads the world, per capita consumption is far lower than other countries. To reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, China launched the energy conservation policy, and set the essential elements of sustainable development. Combined with current energy consumption in China, we can see the proportion of power industry is higher than 50%, so it is of great significance for energy conservation to carry out energy-saving policy in power industry. At home and abroad, it has carried out in-depth research on power industry energy conservation, but achievements are focused on power generation in the eyes of power industry chain. Subjected to the balance of power supply and demand, when studying energy conservation measures in power industry, it is necessary to discuss the impact of user side on energy saving of generation side and carry out demand side management. Based on the above background, this paper studied the effect and optimization model of DSM on power energy-saving and emission reduction, the main contents include the following aspects:(1) Construct the analysis model of orderly electricity on energy conservation. With the research background of power supply shortage, this paper has studied energy saving effect of orderly electricity. Then evaluation system and program compiling method of orderly power are constructed from the electricity value, energy conservation, credit rating and other dimensions, and comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to analyze orderly power management effect.(2) Construct the impact analysis model of demand response on power energy conservation. This paper proposes deterministic and stochastic modeling methods of demand response, constructs impact analysis model of demand response on energy conservation and combinatorial optimization model of recently crew scheduling with participation of demand response, and then discusses the optimization results.(3) Construct the impact analysis model of smart power park on power energy conservation. As the research object of intelligent power park, this paper introduces the basic concept, electrical characteristics and distributed energy supply characteristics of smart power park, distributes multi-objective planning optimization model of distributed energy and scheduling optimization model, and then discusses the effect of distributed energy scheduling on energy saving according to example analysis.(4) Construct the impact analysis model of electric vehicles and wind power cooperative scheduling on power energy conservation. This paper introduces Brownian motion to simulate uncertainty scenarios of wind power and proposes the scene reduction strategy based on backward iteration method, and then introduces cross genetic particle swarm optimization. Lastly, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model and algorithm through simulation example.(5) Construct the impact analysis model of wind power consumption by centralized electric heating on power energy conservation. As an example of Beijing, combined with electric heating development planning, this paper proposes heating load calculation model based on area. Then, to study the scheduling mechanism of wind power consumption by electric heating, this paper builds scheduling optimization model and evaluates for its energy-saving effect. Finally, due to the large number of parties involved in electric heating, the paper estimates price range of wind power consumption by electric heating, and discusses the impact of electric heating on wind farms, power companies and heating business efficiency.
