Along with economic development,a series of problems,such as environmental deterioration and resource exhaustion,have become a vital issue affecting human development.The application of clean power generation has not only improved the development of economy but also relieved the stress of environmental protection.China has proposed to develop a safe,reliable,economical,environmental protected and efficient smart grid to satisfy the needs of national development.While constructing a strong,smart grid,power consumers take an active part in energy demand side response and set up relevant theories adapting smart grid's development to make full use of electricity scientifically and guarantee power market's rapid development in China.Under this underground,this paper establishes power users' demand side response model by application side response theories.In the course of the participation of electricity users in the request side response,the flexibility of customer consumption can improve the operational efficiency and reliability of the electric power market.In the light of the uncertainty created by the participation electricity users in the demand side response,this paper establishes electricity users' demand side response model based on two kinds of price mechanism(i.e.real-time pricing and time-of-use pricing)to analyse changes in consumer consumption patterns and load transfers.Under TOU pricing,the demand side response model is established by the utility function of users,while under real-time pricing the demand side model is built by the elasticity of demand.The electric vehicle is more representative involving in the load of the request side response.In the view of the uncertainty of electric vehicles participating in demand side response,this paper sets up a reasonable price system through establishing the bi-directional interactive game mechanism to improve electric car users' enthusiasm joining in demand side response.As both sides of the game(i.e.the power grid and the electric vehicle),this paper uses the static Bayesian Nash Equilibrium theory and introduces second auction model to lay down power prices of the electric vehicle discharge.Under the two types of electricity pricing mechanism both real-time electricity pricing and TOU pricing,this method that electricity users repurchasing electric vehicle promote their participation in demand side response.The demand side response model based on piece improves the demand response and stimulates the demand response of electric vehicle users.Testing the improved the participation of users in the demand side response model,this paper makes use of numerical stipulations under different restrictions through MATLAB.The simulation results show that the demand side response relating to the electric vehicle is of a substantial effect on the reduction of load peak value and the stability of power grid under the two conditions of real-time pricing and TOU pricing.Comparatively speaking,the electric vehicle participating in demand side response has more initiative and higher power utilisation rate,with a lower total expense.
