Smart grid management is a complex and huge system project, which can evaluate the development of the smart grid comprehensively and scientifically. It can find the weak link and the restraining factors timely and it can balance every aspects of the smart grid development, which has a great significance in guiding the plan, construction operation and management of the smart grid correctly.Firstly, the paper made an intensive study of the smart grid evaluation system, on the basis of the analysis of chinese smart grid management research in domestic and abroad, it studied the target, characteristics and the connotation of the smart grid, and put forward the relevant methods. The paper built the evaluation index system of smart grid management from six aspects including strangeness, reliability, efficiency, economical, environmental protection and interaction. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the existing comprehensive evaluation method, the paper combined the subjective and objective weight determination method, such as analytic hierarchy process, entropy method and the entropy weight method. According to the connotation and characteristics of the smart grid’s attributes, it built the appraisal model of the smart grid management, thus realized the scientific, reasonable, comprehensive and effective comprehensive evaluation of the smart grid.Secondly, the paper analyzed the attributive character of the smart grid management in depth and explore the weak links and restraining factors in smart grid’s development, then it built the multiple attribute evaluation model of the smart grid management and the track and trace analysis model. Among them, the smart grid management multi-attribute evaluation model used the entropy weight method and AHP to determine the weight subjectively and objectively, and make comprehensive evaluation with TOPSIS; Trace tracking analysis model is based on the multiple attribute evaluation results, analyze the deviation contribution rate gradually, including attribute contribution rate and index deviation contribution rate, so as to explore the main factor with the severe problems which lead to the comprehensive evaluation deviation.Then, the paper analyzed the coordination of multiple attribute management of the smart grid and built a multiple attribute coordinate development evaluation model, and put forward the indicators coordinate development and regional coordinate development, and translated into indicator coordinate impact factor and region discrepancy impact factor. In the process of determining the weight, the paper considered two impact factors, and made the comprehensive evaluation of the multi-attribute coordination of the smart grid management.Then, the efficiency of the smart grid management was evaluated, and an analysis model for the evaluation was built. By using the stochastic frontier production function model and data envelopment analysis model, the paper evaluated smart grid management efficiency respectively, including the technical efficiency and allocative efficiency appraisal. Through analysis of examples, the paper verified the feasibility of two kinds of model, and concluded that the stochastic frontier production function model is more suitable than the data envelopment analysis model for the smart grid management efficiency evaluation.Finally, the paper summarized the related evaluation theory and the model of smart grid management, and put forward some proposals to the focus of the smart grid management in the future.
