Abstract:While the traditional agricultural development pattern brings high economic rewards, it ruins the ecology and environment, badly influencing the sustainable development of economy and society.So,our country brings forth recycling agricultural development pattern, which should be supported by advanced technology. Therefore, establishing a recycling agriculture support system becomes a necessity.On the basis of the researching fruits home and abroad, following the principles of Qualitative research and Quantitative research, theoretical research and empirical research in combination, under the guidelines of economics, ecology, technology innovation, technology theory and practice, using analytical instruments like metrical economics, the thesis has an in-depth, systematic analysis and study of the construction of recycling agricultural technology support system.The thesis firstly analyzes and studies the key technologies of recycling agriculture and expounds how the progress in recycling agricultural technology promotes recycling agriculture and its functional mechanism. The thesis writer thinks the key technologies include waste deduction technology, recycling technology, resourcization technology, and systemization system and gives respective analysis of the four technologies.Then it tests the level of development of recycling agriculture. The writer elucidates the basic framework from the human resource support, fund report, institution and policy support, and technology innovation support, analyzing the characteristics of the support system, construction principles, and motivation of recycling agricultural technology.Next, the human resource support is studied. Second, it is innovative to some extent to construct the evaluation index system for the development of recycling agricultural technologies and to use it as criteria to make an objective evaluation of the technological development in Hunan province. Third, on the basis of the result of the evaluation on the development of Hunan’s recycling agricultural technologies, the thesis has made a deep probe into the stage where the recycling agricultural technologies is and the overall process of it and found the major elements which restrict the development of recycling agricultural technologies in Hunan province, which has strong practical significance.
