Grid enterprise informatization construction, made up of one or several informatization projects, can help decision-makers optimize resource allocation dynamically, respond to market competition and opportunities quickly and bring huge economic benefits to enterprises. However, the highly complex, technological, hidden, reliant informatization project with varied characteristics usually lead to a lot of risk and low success rate. Therefore, the risk management problem of informatization project has become the focus of study nowadays. Learning from the thought of project overall risk management, this paper has carried out research on grid enterprise informatization project risk management and evaluation model from the perspective of power grid enterprises. It has important theoretical significance and practical value.(1) This paper analyzed the connotation of enterprise informatization project and reviewed its history research on risk management system. Then, a risk management system of grid enterprise informatization project focusing on identification, analysis, assessment and other elements in risk management was built from the perspectives of the planning phase, development phase as well as the operation and maintenance phase.(2) To study the investment decision of grid enterprise informatization project planning stage, this paper constructed an index system from the perspectives of the credit, ability, scheme and service of bidders. Considering that some indexes cannot be quantified directly and the assessment result of individual expert is weak, the research was combined with Cloud Model and Group Decision-making theories. Furthermore, according to the principle of limited reason when managers are making decisions, a group decision-making method based on the Cumulative Prospect Theory and Cloud Model. To resolve the risk management problem of grid enterprise informatization project planning stage, this paper built a risk library containing developers, hardware and software environment, management concept, demand and other risks. Based on this, considering the uncertain and random characteristics of risk, the research was combined with 2-tuple Linguistic and Group Decision-making theories. To increase the reliability and comprehensiveness of the final result by classifying and evaluating, a risk classification and group evaluation approach was proposed based on Kano Model and VIKOR method.(3) Considering the characteristics of grid enterprise informatization project development stage, the risk factors were quantified based on PMBOK project risk management system and risk matrix after being identified from the perspectives of demand, technology, organization and environment. To compare the comprehensive risk among different projects during the same period, a risk assessment model was built based on the Projection Pursuit Model improved by Particle Swarm Optimization which transforms high dimensional data to comprehensive projection value in one dimensional space. And then, a case analysis was provided. To assess the influence on the overall object to which risk factors generate at different stages of project rolling development, a systematic and dynamic risk assessment model was proposed based on Hidden Risk Markov Model.(4) Considering the uniqueness of grid enterprise informatization project operation and maintenance stage, a risk management performance evaluation system was built from the perspectives of enterprise risk, IT application risk and customer risk. For single project, an evaluation model based on Matter Element Model combined with Entropy, which compares the performance level according to the correlation degree between the objects to be evaluated and the varied levels. For multiple projects, this paper transformed group evaluation information to interval value by Could Model and made comprehensive decision according to interval TOPSIS method.This paper introduced the thought of overall risk management to grid enterprise informatization project. The risk management system built contains the stages of planning, development and operation and maintenance. A series of theoretical models were proposed related to identification, quantification, assessment and performance evaluation of risk. And case analyses were also provided. The research results are very important for grid enterprise informatization project risk management and evaluation.
