Research On Evaluation Model Of Enterprises Informatization Performance Based On Process

It has become possible for enterprises to improve their core competition with the rapid development of information technology and so in the trendy enterprises construct their own informatization system. However, there is not only benefit for enterprises but also problems. It’s a long period process for informatization and the benefit for enterprises is delayed, concealable and complex. It can’t be known immediately how the benefit is when there is much investment of information and if it is worth to invest. So it is very important to effectively evaluate the benefit which is got by the informatization.The research about evaluation for enterprise informatization performance is growing gradually recently, but there are still so many problems in this field through summarizing papers at home and abroad such as:the bad practice and one-sided indicator weight and lack of the concern of informatization early days construction effect to the final performance.Balanced scorecard has been improved appropriately in this article based on massive amounts of data and it is in order to help enterprises to get clearer knowledge of their own informatization status and guide their informatization construction. The original four dimensions finance, client, internal processes and learning growth included by the theory have been changed to the new four dimensions finance, external environment, learning growth, and construction phase influence. The phase indicators system for enterprises informatization performance evaluation has been set up based on the systematically analysis of evaluation indicators and Enterprise Informatization Indicators Construction Program (trail) published by National Informatization Evaluation Center and a lot of relative materials. The results that the former work affects to the final informatization performance can be partly showed by the phase evaluation indicators system. Then a enterprises informatization performance evaluation model based on processes would be set up according to the combination of the phase evaluation indicator system and some theory in the field of management. The evaluation model can indicate in some grade the informatization of enterprises and provide some guidance for the informatization construction of enterprises. Meanwhile, the results that the elementary informatization construction affects the final informatization performance can be partly showed by the model. The evaluation will be more precision by using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process in the model. At last, a prototype system of enterprises informatization performance evaluation has been designed and tested. That the enterprises informatization performance evaluation model based on process with practicable value has been confirmed by the test.
