| With high-speed development and application of the modern information technology, the computer and the network are confronted with new mode of operation and new activity space, they must improve the informationization level to improve their competitiveness. With the wave of global information, the informatization process of domestic enterprises get constant deepening and development. But, how to evaluate the information results objectively and fairly is always a big problem for the enterprise. Therefore, this paper will discuss how to evaluate the enterprise informatization performance comprehensively.Firstly, the research background, significance and innovative points and main content and the framework are elaborated. Then, on the basis of theoretical research of enterprise informatization and performance evaluation, with manufacturing industry as an example, enterprise performance evaluation index system is established. The contribution to enterprise performance of the enterprise informatization is verified and then the enterprise performance evaluation index system is drawed out. After that,through the research of enterprise informatization performance evaluation methods, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each performance index, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the enterprise informatization performance comprehensively.
