Research And Application Of Evaluation Model For Grid Enterprise Informatization

In today’s information age, informatization has become a strong driving force for the development of the enterprises. As the important energy enterprises in our country, Informatization of power grid enterprises has developed from the adjustment to the acceleration phase. Power grid enterprise informatization process is widely involved in investment, number of hardware, software technical performance, construction level, efficiency level and the application scope and many other aspects. But due to the characteristics of information technology, the economic benefits and social benefits of informatization construction for the enterprise is difficult to statistics, which is unable to provide comprehensive and thorough decision support and guidance to the power grid enterprise informatization construction.it has made great difficulties for making the enterprise informatization strategic.Based on the characteristics of the power grid enterprise informatization and the actual construction situation, combining with the theory of economics and statistics and by the research methods of the integrated use of normative analysis and empirical analysis, the paper constructs power grid enterprise information evaluation model.Through scientific analysis and reasonable evaluation of informatization level and benefit, the paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system which contains the level of informatization construction, the application level of informationization, enterprise agility, effectiveness index, efficiency index and benefits index, establishes the grid enterprise informatization evaluation model from the perspective of the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. At the same time by means of information technology, develops grid enterprise informatization evaluation system of practical application. The system realizes the maintenance and management of evaluation index system and the related data. Through developing the library of model and method, realizes the automation calculation and management of the index data and index weight, and complete the calculation, analysis and multi-dimensional display of the comprehensive evaluation results, which improve the accuracy and stability of the model calculation and reduce the use of the complexity of the model. The system is designed and developed with the use of MVC architecture pattern and Flex, Spring and IBATIS technology.Lastly, the paper selects A-G grid enterprises for the study of model validation, organizes A-G power enterprise informatization evaluation index data, by performing system evaluation process, from two dimensions of horizontal and vertical comparison, calculate the evaluation results, analysis the correct and scientific value of the model and practice. The results proves the decision support value of the evaluation model.Through evaluation application system, the paper analyzes grid enterprises informatization construction achievements and the insufficiency, provides the basis and guidance for grid enterprise informatization project investment, which is of great significance to scientific analysis and evaluation.
