Health is an important part of human capital, The amount of its storage has a significant impact on improving the efficiency of the resource allocation and promoting the welfare level for its owner. In China, the relative insufficiency of allocation of resources, resulted from the relative low storage of health capital of rural residents caused by the dual economic and social structure in the past decades, has to a certain extent contributed to the widening income gap between the urban and rural residents,_and, in turn, affects the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, the research on rural residents’ health capital is of great significance on promoting efficiency of resource allocation. The existing research mainly ranges from the effects of health on economic development to those on labor productivity and income. Although they have made detailed exploration on both aspects, yet few of them have viewed the problem in the perspective of capital allocation. Some research touches on the health of rural residents for its labor resources configuration problems in employment choice, but this kind of research does not fully theoretically discuss the inner link of health and the variety of resource allocation, which instead just making analysis based on the description of the phenomenon. In addition, there is nearly no research which has paid attention to the endogenous aspect of health. Derived from the theory, the farmers’ health may increase his human capital, enhancing his ability on employment choice, land circulation ability, and organizing resources. In turn, the increasing ability also promises better living conditions such as food and health care, so as to promote the improvement of their health. In a word, there is an endogenous link between health and capital allocation of rural residents, which is often ignored in the previous research because of the acquisition of data. Health and rural residents are the existence of endogenous between allocations. Previous studies mostly ignored this point due to the data’s availability and some other problems. This article is on the basis of endogenous problems of health to construct the theoretical analysis framework of health human capital effect on rural residents’ resource allocation mode, and research on human capital effect on the rural residents’ itself employment selection, land transfer and anticipation in participating agricultural cooperative organization so as to provide a theoretical framework in which proper health capital of rural residents’ policy can be made and the efficiency of public policy formulation can be improved. The full text is composed of seven parts. The first chapter is the introduction which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of the paper, research objectives and content, research methods and technical routes, the possible innovation and the insufficiency. The second chapter is literature review and evaluation, to review the existing literature on health human capital, the labor employment selection, the allocation of land resources, and the degree of participation in organizational. And on this basis of it, this part puts forward the research perspective, research targets and contents to provide theoretical analysis source for empirical research of the paper. The third chapter:The analytical framework. Analysis of the mechanism of health capital on rural residents employment choice, land circulation, in the agricultural cooperative organizations, is the theoretical basis of the article. The fourth chapter, data sources and statistical description. The thesis general description on China health and nutrition survey sample data of the empirical study, and considering the health of endogenous, to deal with the corresponding sample data and statistical description, to constitute a source of data for empirical research. The fifth to the seventh chapter is based on the foregoing theoretical analysis framework. Using the sample data after processing, respectively investigates the influence of health human capital on the employment selection, land transfer and anticipation in participating agricultural cooperative organization, which is to measure the influence of three aspects, such as inspection. Chapter 5 of empirical study of the influence of rural residents health capital on the choice of the employment, carrying out the Ologit model empirical test to get the outcomes, The results showed that better health status leads to more farmers going out to pursue non-agricultural work. Compared with farmers in ecellent,-good, and common health, the Ologit model (the dependent variable 1= pure farming,2= both farming and industry, and 3= industry, non-agricultural workers) expectations are respectively 0.669 and 0.627, and both are significant at the 1% statistical level, which proves farmers in good or common health are more likely to take up farming work. As far as farmers in poor health are concerned, the Ologit model expectation is 0.838, not significant, which indicates there is no difference in preference to farming work between farmers in excellent health and farmers in poor health. Farmers who are in poor health to a certain critical value will lose the ability to choose non-agricultural work.Chapter 6 of the rural residents’health capital on the empirical study of the effects on the land circulation behavior choice, using Ologit model to the empirical results show that farmers in better health are more likely to transfer their farm land, farmers in common health are more likely to maintain the land, and people in poor health have no influence on land circulation. Compared with farmers in excellent health, the Ologit model (the dependent variable 1= unchanged,2=in,3=out) of farmers in good health is significant at 5% statistical level, while farmers in common health are generally not significant at statistical level, but the expected value of good health and common health are respectively 1.177 and 1.106. Due to the fact that common health expectations are fewer than good health expectations, farmers in excellent health have more tendency to transfer the land compared with farmers in good health, and farmers in common health are more likely to maintain the land. The expected value of farmers in poor health is 0.955, which is not significant at statistical level. Farmers in very poor health and some of them even needed to be taken care of are no longer influencing the land circulation.By linear regression of OLS health of farmers came to the conclusion that the influence of land conversion rate as health deteriorates, into the household has a tendency to increase land into.In a_worse health condition, more people tend to transfer their land. Poor health status has no significant effect on the land circulation. If the group in poor health status reaches to a certain extent, it will no longer affect the land circulation. People in good health have a tendency to reduce the land transfer behavior.Chapter 7 empirical studied the influence of rural residents’ health status on their participation in agricultural cooperation organization.Through the Probit model empirical test of health effects on farmers’ participation in agricultural cooperative organization, I draw the following conclusions. Both good health and common health status have no significant effect on farmers’participating in agricultural cooperative organization. A poor health condition is significant at 5% statistical level. Farmers in poor health are more willing to participate in the agricultural cooperative organization, in that they are weak in anti-risk ability and need the collective protection. Therefore farmers in poor health have a higher possibility to participate in agricultural cooperative organization. As a result, people in poor health condition may be more likely to join in agricultural cooperative organizations. Chapter 8 is devided into two parts, the paper’s conclusions and policy implications. It is suggested that the government should increase the storage of rural residents’health capital, enhance their ability to configure resources, pay attention to rural residents’ health conditions and promote scale operation in land. It is also emphasized that the government may as well be concerned at the disadvantaged rural residents, support the development of agricultural cooperative organizations, improve efficiency of resource allocation and pay close attention to residents in the west region.
