China has the world's largest population, at the same time per capita share of cultivated land is only the world average of 1/3. Lack of land resources and labor surplus is China's basic national conditions. Since the implementation of household contract responsibility system, China's urban land market has greatly developed; while the rural land market has been continuously improved, and the agricultural land transfer develop rapidly. But with the reform and opening up, the Rural Land contradictions emerge even more intensification of trends; On the other hand, the pace of urbanization, industrialization and the development of follow provide more employment opportunities, attracting a large number of farmers off the farm into the city, adding non-agricultural work force, as the urban construction in China has made tremendous contributions. Since the implementation of household contract responsibility system, farmers get a de facto independent treatment of rural land rights, along with the non-farm job growth. Then the formation of agricultural land transfer market.Based on relevant research literatures, the study has conducted household surveys in four counties of Anhui Provinces and Hubei Province. At the same time, we used questionnaire survey and interview for original data collection. Structural Equation Model and Binary Linear Regression Model for effect between land transfer and non-agricultural have been built. There is a clear linear relationship between agricultural land transfer and non-agricultural employment, the results of the analysis from an empirical model based on linear regression equation can be obtained with the farmers of agricultural land transfer decision-making exist between non-agricultural employment is correlation.
