As knowledge management is developing rapidly, modern society is coming into the knowledge age, knowledge has become the most valuable asset for the society, organizations, businesses and individuals, knowledge management has become an important subject in management theorists and it has attracted much attention. Knowledge collaboration, as one of the important branches of knowledge management, is becoming the hottest research area in knowledge management, many individuals and organizations that engage in researching of knowledge management have pay much passion in it. On the other hand, today's knowledge networks are becoming increasingly complex, intricate and disorder, the various network elements which highly intertwined show close contact, research knowledge collaboration based on a single factor knowledge network has not well reflect the overall pattern and complex composition of knowledge system. In this context, to research the methods, models and technologies of knowledge collaboration in complex knowledge supernetwork environments has become more urgent and critical.Software organization as a typical knowledge-based organization need to reserve a lot of technical knowledge-based talent and the knowledge literature, it implicitly constructs the inherent knowledge base in the process of business development, this type of knowledge organization has the appropriate characteristics which are the base of researching the complex supernetwork. Therefore, this article start the study from the knowledge activities in software R&D organization which based on the knowledge supernetwork theory, it's purpose is to investigate the techniques and methods that how to achieve knowledge collaboration in complex knowledge supernetwork environments: first, detailed analyzing the structure of knowledge supernetwork with hypergraph theory, then discussing the single-mode network, multi-mode network and the characteristics between the nodes and edges, a method for building knowledge supernetwork based on data is proposed after that; Second, analyzing the requirement and characteristic of knowledge collaboration over the knowledge supernetwork with existing knowledge management methods. Next, studying the methods and models of collaboration from two angles: finding knowledge collaborators and building collaborative knowledge base; Third, using the semantic ontology, fuzzy matching and other related technology to solve the problems over the supernetwork as the base of constructing technical architecture, then developing SNKC system as a knowledge collaboration tool in Semantic Web environment, after that this study gives a simulated data testing for verifying the feasibility of the methods and the models, at last a final specific case with implementation of the system is given.Through this research, the results obtained as follows: (1) Extending the theory of knowledge supernetwork and proposing a method for building these networks from the perspective of data analysis, including the description of single-mode network nodes; expression of levels relation; transformation between heterogeneous nodes;establishing the relation between heterogeneous networks; (2) Giving the methods and techniques of knowledge collaboration from the perspective of finding knowledge collaborators and building collaborative knowledge base; (3) Developing the enterprise-level knowledge collaboration tool: SNKC.SNKC is an open platform for knowledge exchanging and sharing, it also offers service for other knowledge activities in organizations, such as knowledge reuse and knowledge innovation.
