Research On Knowledge Management System Oriented Military Enterprise Mass Customization Production

The Mass Customization (MC) is a manufacturing mode which provides orderproduct for customers at the cost of mass production. The production characteristicsand marketization development of military enterprises change production modetoward MC, especially the enterprises producing conventional weapons. Theknowledge is a significant pillar for MC in respect of product family layout, fastdevelopment, quality produce and efficient enterprise operating. KnowledgeManagement (KM) is a comprehensive management technique in obtainment,obtaining, organizing, utilizing, evaluating and innovating to MC. The application ofthe KM technology can efficiently raise knowledge exploitation and attain the coretarget in MC production.Based on the theories of the MC and KM, taking example for production of fusee,this paper carried out a thorough research on the knowledge management system thatthe military enterprises need to set up in MC production. Its central research asfollows:(1)The research on enterprise MC production system modelBased on the MC theories and combined with the current technique conditions,the pivotal technique for MC was generalized, including the customer requiringmanagement technique, the product designing technique, the manufacturing techniqueand the operating management technique for MC. The process model of the MCproduction mode was expanded. The MC process models and optimizing methodwere analyzed and put forward for martial and civil production in the militaryenterprises.(2)The research on KM for MC system structure modelBased on the KM theories, the key process of the knowledge management wasput forward, Obtainment→Organization→Exploitation→Innovation→Evaluation.According to the key MC process, the knowledge containing in it was classified asthe customer knowledge, the designing knowledge, the manufacturing knowledgeand the operating management knowledge for MC. The structure model of the KMsystem for MC was put forward. The KM valid implement steps were summarized.(3) The research on key processes in the KM for MCAccording to the key process model above, this paper studied on knowledgeobtainment, knowledge organization and knowledge exploitation.①In the research of MC knowledge obtainment, the obtaining method wascarried out. Adopted the clustering method of the Data Mining and QFD, the methodof the MC customer requirement knowledge obtaining and converting was carriedout. By using the association rules, the method of detecting a great deal of associatedknowledge in the information system was studied, and improvement on Aprioriarithmetic was put forward. Some examples were given. ②Ontology was used as the organization method of the MC knowledge in theorganization method research. The Gozintograph saving model of knowledgeconcept structure was put forward. The knowledge ontology of the MC enterprisewas divided. The knowledge ontology construction process was discussed. Thecustomer requirement and product MC design knowledge ontology were describedwith OWL. In the centralized management of the enterprise knowledge, thearithmetic was put forward to resolve the adduction circulation problem ofGozintograph structure.③In the research of MC knowledge exploitation, the mapping relation of workflow and knowledge flow was carried out a research. The dynamic knowledgemanagement model was built up based on the work flow technique. In theknowledge retrieval, the direct logical and semantic retrieval were adopted. In theknowledge push strategy, the knowledge push model for the task and user interestwas brought forward. In the meantime, for the protection strategy of knowledge,various protecting measures to the knowledge were adopted for its different applyingfield and level.(4)The DF-KMFMCS design and developmentAccording to the actual requirement of the enterprise, the DF-KMFMCS systemwas developed. It facilitates the knowledge obtained and utilized, and it acceleratesthe designing and producing process for the enterprises.
