Research On Maturity Evaluation Of Private-firm Entrepreneurs Innovation Ecosystem In China

Sustained and rapid economic growth in China has become a miracle in the development history of the world economy over the past thirty years of reform and opening up. At the same time, Chinese private-firm entrepreneurs also have become the key actors to promote our economic and social development. If private enterprise can be seen as the micro foundation of the development of market economy, the private-firm entrepreneurs would be the soul and backbone of promotion for enterprise development. With the ever-growing and progressive ranks of our private-firm entrepreneurs, we must be soberly aware that the era has put forward higher requirements to private-firm entrepreneurs.While facing the challenges of economic globalization and informatization, our country is being under economic transition period which need for more and more excellent and creative entrepreneurs to open up new ways of sustained and healthy development for private enterprises so as to promote the realization of innovation nation. In the new historical period, it can not keep competitive advantage in market for long for private-firm entrepreneurs to expand by the usual way of reducing cost, and innovation has become the consensus for majority of the entrepreneurs. The success of innovation is not only a technical problem. The decision power lies in the innovation spirit and innovation ability of the private entrepreneurs and the evolution of the innovation ecosystem. In the complex and dynamic market environment, especially in Chinese unique business environment, private entrepreneurs should not only have the innovation spirit and innovation ability, but also to effectively integrate the innovation resources of private enterprises according to the change of the innovation environment. In this research, we analyze and evaluate the level of maturity of the innovation ecosystem of private entrepreneurs in China. This topic has important research value in both academic exploration and practical summary.The research content is as follows:The first chapter describes the research background and significance, the main research content, technical route, research methods and innovation points.In the second chapter, the related literature of entrepreneur innovation, innovation ecosystem and maturity theory and its evaluation method were compared and evaluated, building a theoretical basis for this research.The third chapter constructs the research paradigm and theoretical framework, according to the above research paradigm and the logic structure. The similarities between ecology and entrepreneur innovation are compared and analyzed, and the connotation of the innovation ecosystem of the entrepreneur are defined. On the basis of the research paradigm of innovation ecosystem, the research paradigm of ESE(entrepreneur-symbiosis-evolution) of entrepreneur innovation ecosystem is summarized and refined. On the basis of defining the concept of private entrepreneurs, the logical structure of private-firm entrepreneurs’ innovation ecosystem is constructed. And then describes the evolutionary features of private-firm entrepreneurs’ innovation ecosystem. Thus analyze the elements and their relationship in the private-firm entrepreneurs’ innovation ecosystem in China.The fourth chapter is to construct the maturity evaluation model of the private-firm entrepreneurs’ innovation ecosystem according to the above research paradigm and the logic structure. Combining the maturity model and the innovation ecosystem theory, a new model for evaluating the maturity of the private-firm entrepreneurs’ innovation ecosystem(EIEMEM) is constructed. The key factors of the maturity model and its evaluation index were determined according to the dual choice motive power of innovation ecosystem evolution of private entrepreneurs. And then the evolution process of the private-firm entrepreneurs’ innovation ecosystem is divided into five maturity levels. Based on this, the maturity model is constructed. Principal component analysis(PCA) was used for quantitative evaluation of single factor maturity, then the single factors maturity degree are merged into the the system maturity degree according to certain rules.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of the maturity of the private-firm entrepreneurs’ innovation ecosystem in China. Using the statistics data of 31 provinces in China in 2013, the two single factor maturity degree of initiative selection and natural selection are evaluated respectively and then the two single factor maturity degrees is synthesized by the multiplicative rule. According to the calculation results, the level of innovation ecosystem maturity level of 31 regions of China are sorted and evaluated. Take Liaoning province as an example, the upgrading scheme for innovation ecosystem maturity and the single factor maturity are put forward, which shows that each region can find innovative short board according to the level of single factor maturity, so as to provide a step to improve the innovation maturity.The sixth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the conclusions of empirical analysis. From the aspects of the private-firm entrepreneurs,the enterprise, the social structure and the state institution, the paper expounds the main ideas of the gradual perfection of the private-firm entrepreneurs innovation ecosystem in China. The private-firm entrepreneurs’ Individual level measures include transforming the mental model, follow market economic rules, improving self-development, selfdiscipline and self-motivation, enhancing moral consciousness, fulfilling social responsibility. The enterprise level strategy includes setting up innovation niche reasonably, guaranteeing the investment of innovation fund, cultivating and inspiring innovative talents, fostering enterprise innovation culture, reconstructing organization structure and strengthening innovation cooperation. The social structure level measures include optimizing the supply of innovation resources, cultivating innovative social and cultural environment, improving the intermediary and the technical service system. The state institution level measures include improving the fiscal and taxation support system, building a multi-channel financing system, improving the level of government services, perfecting mechanism of talent cultivation, accelerating the pace of the construction of laws and regulations, coordination resources allocation among the main innovation bodies.
