This paper studies the remanufacture of coal machinery based on the product multi-life cycle theory. After a comprehensive analysis of coal machinery’s life cycle, the paper firstly establishes a production process framework of coal machinery on multi-life cycle. It establishes a waste coal machinery remanufacturing evaluation index system from technical, economic, environmental and security dimensions. Using improved fuzzy AHP to estabish the weight matrix, the paper then builds a coal machinery remanufacturing comprehensive assessment model. Three typical enterprises are selected as the evaluation object to apply the assessment model.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the product multi-life cycle theory, the paper analyzes the whole process of coal machinery’ multi-life cycle and establishes a production process framework of coal machinery on multi-life cycle.It analyzes the connotation and characteristics of coal machinery remanufacturing assessment, and make the coal machinery remanufacturing assessment concept system clear.(2)The paper studies the characteristics of coal machinery’s whole life cycle, and the key factors in coal machinery remanufacturing from technical, economic,environmental and security dimensions, then the paper establishes a coal machinery remanufacturing assessmen index system.It’s the first time that remanufacturing assessment system is extended to four dimensions of technology, economy,environment and security,while previous studies only considered the first three dimensions. Empirical studies show that security plays an important role in coal machinery remanufacturing, which fully reflects the security is important in coal mine production(3)According to coal machinery remanufacturing assessment system, the paper establishes a hierarchical structure model, which uses the improved fuzzy AHP to establish weight judgment matrix. The model is constructed based on product multi-life cycle theory and coverting the whole life cycle of coal machinery. The paper gives specific calculation method of each index, and uses fuzzy numbers to process some more subjective indicators. It converts the indicators to fuzzy numbers by the membership function index. The paper calculates the final evaluation value of coal machinery remanufacturing by the weight judgment matrix and assessment value.(4)The paper makes an empirical analysis to test the effectiveness of coal machinery remanufacturing integrated assessment model. From the comprehensive assessment of secondary index, the security indicator is large, the environmental indicator is small, and both the technical indicator and economic indicator are average.The paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the reliability and accuracy of the assessment model by comparing the assessment with actual remanufacturing situation...
