With the emergence of public issues such as global warming, resource shortage and environmental pollution, the public's awareness of environmental protection is also growing, and social enterprises must consider the core issue of sustainable development when making decisions.Under the current green economy background, the environmental protection attribute of the product will endow the product with a unique competitive advantage. The green closed-loop supply chain combines the closed-loop supply chain and the green supply chain, and considers the socio-economic and environmental benefits of the supply chain. The goal of the green closed-loop supply chain is to maximize both economic and environmental benefits. Therefore, the green closed-loop supply chain has been widely concerned by many enterprises and scholars at home and abroad, and becomes a hot issue of modern supply chain management.Taking the green closed-loop supply chain as the research object, considering three different leading modes(manufacturer leading mode, retailer leading mode and balance of power mode),this paper establishes the operation game model of the green closedloop supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one retailer, analyzes and compares the equilibrium parameters of each model, and further studies the coordination effect of cost-sharing contract and Nash bargaining coordination mechanism on the green closed-loop supply chain.Firstly, this paper establishes the decentralized decision-making model,cost-sharing contract model and the Nash bargaining model under manufacturer leading mode, retailer leading mode and balance of power mode. Then the equilibrium solutions of the wholesale price, retail price, green degree and recovery rate of waste products,as well as the equilibrium profit and the overall maximum profit of each member in the supply chain are obtained by using game theory. Finally, the relationship between the equilibrium solutions of each parameter under different models is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the influence of the sensitivity coefficient of product green degree and the change of green investment parameters on the decision-making results of green closed-loop supply chain is discussed. The results show that when the members of the supply chain are the market leaders, the equilibrium profit of the members is greater than that of the other members when they dominate the market and are equally competitive.Secondly, the introduction of cost-sharing contract and Nash bargaining, the two coordination mechanisms, compared with decentralized decision-making,has brought higher product green degree and recycling rate of waste products to the supply chain,as well as higher wholesale price and retail price. For the participants in the supply chain, although retailers can obtain higher profits through cost-sharing contracts and Nash bargaining, and manufacturers also benefit from cost-sharing contracts, the profits gained by manufacturers through Nash bargaining are less than those obtained by decentralized decision-making,and they will not be willing to cooperate through bargaining unless other incentives are provided. Finally, improving the sensitivity coefficient of green products has a positive impact on improving the green degree of balanced products, the recovery rate of waste products and the equilibrium profit of each member in the supply chain, while the improvement of green investment parameters will reduce the green degree of balanced products, the recovery rate of waste products and the equilibrium profit of members in the supply chain.
