Recycling economy is the basic economic development mode, while resource calling-back and reuse is one of the most important ways to realize recycling economy.In Closed-Loop Supply Chain (CLSC), efficient supplier-management can always be a topic worthy of studying. Materials-supplying is an iceberg in causing logistics costs both in traditional supply chain and CLSC, which calls for our attention. Therefore, this paper is of great significance.In this paper, taking logistics engineering and SC management theories as basis, environmental supplier evaluating and selecting are discussed, a model of AHP based on DEA, together with its working out and application are put forward. The content of this paper:In chapter one, basic theories, background and researches of CLSC are summarized, its development of recent year is demonstrated in a simple way by giving some concrete examples.In chapter two, possible cooperation in closed-loop SC is analyzed, including cooperating mechanism, mode, and motivation; besides, on the basis of CLSC characteristics' analysis, index system is set up comprehensively.In chapter three, risks in Closed-loop SC, when enterprises cooperate with its partner, are clarified, on the other hand, measures to avoid or reduce the risks are also listed.In chapter four, DEA is combined with AHP, thus index needed in "AHP based on DEA" are studied and listed.In chapter five, studies in chapter four are exemplified, and evaluating system of "AHP based on DEA" is put into practice use, concrete process is also illustrated.Chapter six concludes the whole paper, further research directions are also suggested in the end.
