The strategic action plan of manufacturing power proposes to promote green manufacturing in a full range, promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, and build an efficient,clean,low-carbon and circular green manufacturing industry. In 2021,the central government clearly pointed out the need to build a new development system, strive to achieve green low-carbon cycle development and promote resource-saving economic and social development in the discussion of how to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization. As one of the effective ways to develop low-carbon and circular economy,closed-loop supply chain improves enterprise income, greatly promotes the efficient use of resources and long-term environmental protection. In addition, with the transformation and upgrading of consumer attitudes, consumers’ awareness of green environmental protection is increasing, showing obvious green preferences. Therefore, taking consumers’ green preferences as the main entry point, combining with the knowledge of game theory, the research on product production decision-making in closed-loop supply chain has become the focus of current research. This paper focuses on the analysis of the influence of consumers’ green preferences on closed-loop supply chain. On this basis, the channel structure strategy selection problem under green preferences is expanded, including the influence of channel power structure, dual channel and channel decision-making on the production pricing and profit of closed-loop supply chain and the choice of model strategy. The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly, considering the influence of consumers’ green preferences,a comparative model of the third party responsible for waste product recycling is constructed, that is,the closed-loop supply chain model under the influence of green preference and the closed-loop supply chain model without the influence of green preference. The influence of consumers’ green preferences on the closed-loop supply chain and the optimal production pricing decision of the closed-loop supply chain are discussed.Research shows that in a specific interval, when the participants in the closed-loop supply chain do not consider consumer green preferences, the overall profit of the supply chain decreases. With the increase of consumers’ green preference, the green degree of products also increases. When considering the influence of green preference, the overall profit of supply chain increases with the increase of green degree, retail price and recovery rate.Secondly,in the closed-loop supply chain composed of a single manufacturer,a single retailer and a single third-party recycler, the centralized decision-making model of retailers, manufacturers and third-party recyclers, the Nash equilibrium model of retailers and third-party recyclers, and the Nash equilibrium model of manufacturers and third-party recyclers are constructed. The Nash game,Stackelberg game and optimization theory are used to analyze and compare the optimal decisions under different channel power structures in the closed-loop supply chain and the influence of green preferences on the optimal decisions. It is found that the optimal profit of the centralized decision-making closed-loop supply chain increases with the increase of consumers’ green preference. The profits of each right subject in the two Nash equilibrium models under the leadership of manufacturers increase with the increase of consumers’ green preferences;the green degree and price under each power structure increase with the increase of consumer green preference. In the case of consumers’ green preferences, the state of different rights subjects is: for manufacturers, manufacturers have the greatest influence on the overall profit of the supply chain, and when consumers’ green preferences in the market are not or low, manufacturers tend to focus on decision-making;when consumer green preferences have some influence, manufacturers tend to choose Nash equilibrium with third-party recyclers. For retailers, choosing which Nash equilibrium model does not affect their profits. For third party recyclers,Nash equilibrium model obtains more profit space than centralized decision model. Then, under the condition that consumers’ green preference and online channel purchase preference exist at the same time, the models of third-party platform cooperation and non-third-party platform cooperation are established, and the optimal pricing decisions of supply chain participants are obtained and compared. It is found that consumer green preference and online channel purchase preference can appropriately promote the improvement of product green degree, retailer retail price, manufacturer wholesale price, retailer profit and manufacturer profit under different models. When the two meet the conditions, the green degree, retail price, wholesale price, retailer profit and manufacturer profit of the retailer and the third party platform cooperation model are generally higher than the optimal solution of the retailer and the third party platform non-cooperation model. Finally, considering the uncertainty of market demand and cost, the channel strategy selection of green closed-loop supply chain and traditional closed-loop supply chain in competition is studied under fuzzy environment.By introducing consumers’ green preferences,we establish four channel strategy selection models of cooperation or non-cooperation between manufacturers and retailers, and derive the expected value of the optimal decision. It is found that cooperation-cooperation decision is a Nash equilibrium decision;noncooperative-cooperative decision and cooperative-noncooperative decision are also Nash equilibrium decisions when consumers’ green preferences are within a certain range. The increase in consumers’ green preferences helps to increase profits for most supply chain systems and their participants;cooperative-non-cooperative decision-making can maximize product greenness.
