The domestic assembly enterprises emphasize on the self-management ability, at the same time, they began to attach more importance to elevating the whole operating efficiency by means of the corporate management of various enterprise junctions of supply chains. For an effective mutual co-ordination and co-operation, Enterprises at different junctions work together by integrating their own advantage resources so as to realize responding to the market needs rapidly, reducing costs, improving efficiency and the like ordination effects of supply chains, and then, it can improve entire competing ability of the supply chains. The text aims to analyze the issue on how to choose and optimize the supplier for the assembly manufacturing enterprises on the basis of the research of the coordination measurement. The main research contents and innovation points are as follows:(1)The current analysis on the coordination measurement of supply chains mainly focus on the single manufacturer and single supplier. In order to make the coordination research to be a common one, it’s supposed to put this coordination issue into another context, where the expansion involves multi-supplier, single manufacturer and multi-dealers. Take the manufacturer as leading role and set up the coordinating development index system of supply chains from four dimensions, such as multi-dealers, single manufacturers, multi-suppliers and supply chains stability. According to the development level of degree of the subsystems order to improve the measurement method of the system of supply chain and calculate vertical coordination measure of suppliers, the evaluation index system and the feasibility and effectiveness of the collaborative model are showed through the example analysis, analyze in view of the longitudinal collaborative measurement results. Direct lateral coordination model was constructed by supplier and the direct relationship between supplier and manufacturer, indirect lateral coordination model was built according to the supplier and the supplier indirect relationship, and the models are measured effectively.(2)To improve the measuring methods of systematic coordination of supply chains according to the development level of subsystem order degree and work out the transverse coordination measurements of suppliers. Analyze and illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation on index system and coordination model. Then analyze according to the results of measurements of longitudinal ordination. The transverse coordination measurement model has been put forward in line with the transverse cooperation between suppliers. Lateral coordination can be divided into direct lateral coordination and indirect lateral synergy of two types according to the structure of the relationship between supplier members. Construct direct lateral coordination model by supplier and the direct relationship between supplier and manufacturer. Build indirect lateral coordination model according to the supplier and the supplier of the indirect relationship, and the models are measured effectively. For potential development prospect factors of supplier for assembly manufacturing enterprises in cooperation period, the problem of vendor selection was studied from the perspective of future collaborative. In problems of supplier evaluation and management, assembly manufacturing enterprise supplier evaluation index system is constructed on the basis of criteria of integration ability, cost, effect of after-sales service, supply effect. Determine the various indicators prospects synergy value by using the prospect theory on the basis of the coordinated measure analysis, construct the evaluation matrix and determine the weight coefficient of evaluation index by combining the entropy weight method. The comparative analysis of three evaluation methods found that prospects for collaborative perspective supplier evaluation method has great influence on the result. Then compare the collaborative ability of supplier evaluation and not considering the suppliers of synergetic evaluation under the three methods of evaluation, which found that cooperative factors have a certain degree of influence for supplier evaluation.(3)It is unavoidably bias to a certain extent only consider the prospect of synergy factors. More efficient and accurate supplier selection becomes more practical problems in a lot of experimental data along with the continuous expansion of the research question. So the research question is generalized, study selection and optimization of management of supplier in perspective of a single manufacturer, construct the model and algorithm of supplier selection and optimization. Model measures supplier’s pricing, discount of old change new, vertical and horizontal collaborative coordination factors are considered in optimization goal, which is good for comprehensive decision of supplier selection optimization assembly manufacturing enterprises, the model in simulating plant growth algorithm, and further to improve the algorithm, Research results found that considering collaborative horizontal and vertical coordination ability can effectively reduce the supplier’s collaborative delivery of dispersion, shorten the delivery time, to improve the ability of the collaborative replenishment and average delivery completion, which can improve the production efficiency of assembly manufacturing enterprises effectively under the single manufacturer perspective.(4)Many manufacturers can achieve the overall procurement cost optimization through the way of strategic alliance, so supplier selection research problem is expanded to many manufacturers perspective on the basis of single manufacturer and consider minimizing operating costs of the overall supply chain. Existing research results found the distribution center has a particular advantage of in the assembly manufacturing enterprise operation management. So consider the influence of the factors of set distribution center in supplier optimization model, measure core parts suppliers from three dimensions of ability and measure generally parts suppliers from the dimension of cost measurement, finally analyze the synergy between parameters, study how the change of the synergetic effect the overall supply chain operations. The results of the study showed that set distribution center synergetic effect suppliers even more significantly, and control ability of vertical coordination is better than that of horizontal collaboration.
