Research On Intensive Land Use Evaluation Based On Urban Planning

Intensive land use is an important means of the protection of cultivated land and economic development. Many theoretical researches and practical exploration have been launched in the domestic and international..But it is still lack of the study on how to implant intensive land use concept from the urban planning stage and how to use in planning implementation stage. For urban and rural construction and land management, land use planning is a programmatic document, and urban planning is the basis for urban construction and management. Represented by the planning of space planning plays an important role in guiding and regulating land utilization in our country.Intensive land use as a basic of urban planning, and proposed the concept of planning and intensive land use, then in-depth study.Based on the advances of researches on land use intensity at home and abroad,it type though and contrasts China planning system,then it attempts to build the research model of land intensive use on planning,which will provide reasonable reference for city construction. The paper focus on land use intensive evaluation, put forward evaluation ideas, methods and processes around the planning program, and validated in the case.The main contents are as follows:(1) Through analyzing the relationship between urban planning and economical and intensive land use, on the basis of the general concept of economical and intensive land use, the paper put forward the concept of land use planning economical and intensive.(2) Through collecting the index showing in the previous studies widely, and combined with the existing planning system, analysis of the relationship between the planning, constructed strictly evaluation index system based on the planning. Then adopted different mathematical models, respectively, from the angle of macro and meso launched intensive land evaluation.Thereby built evaluation model of intensive land use based on planning.(3) The empirical research of macro, meso level of Langfang City and Wanzhuang new town area were carried out. The evaluation results show both of the case areas land use situation will be intensive. The process and results of the evaluation can offer improving aspects for better land use in the planning period.From the intensive land use and planning coordination angle, the study initially proposed the connotation and denotation of planning and intensive land use, and built the evaluation model. Through the empirical research of Metro Wanzhuang in Langfang, from the perspective of macro and meso, this study put forward constructive suggestions for urban development of Metro Wanzhuang. Generally, the model has certain feasibility, it can provide a new idea and method for the evaluation of intensive land use. And it can also provide certain planning decision basis for land management planning department.
