This paper conducted a survey, first proposed intensive land use evaluation methodsand principles, and establish the evaluation index system of construction land saving andintensive use, Shouguang in Shandong province as an example, The comprehensive indexevaluation method, for as to evaluate the status quo of the economical and intensive use ofconstruction land, Shouguang City in Shandong Province the construction of economical andintensive land use analysis of the situation, finally put forward measures and Suggestions ofeconomical and intensive land use.This research mainly got the following conclusions:(1)In accordance with the system theory point of view, the area of land use systemdivided into two architectural subsystems, construction land and farmland, through intensiveland use related theories discussed, evaluation system were constructed respectively;(2) According to the two subsystems intensive use evaluation system characteristics,combined with the overall need and respectively to choose the appropriate method,Shouguang city as a case of the two subsystems of the evaluation of the degree of intensiveutilization, and eventually get evaluation results, the results show that, Hou Zhen intensiveuse of agricultural land for the highest level is1.38;Yangkou Zhen intensive use ofagricultural land for the lowest level is0.65; Shangkou Zhen intensive use of constructionland for the highest level is2.01; Wenjia Street Office intensive use of construction land for the lowest level is0.42.Through the use of level analysis to different villages and towns intensive, put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions of land intensive utilization.Shouguang City can be unifiedplanning, speed up the land consolidation work,to implement the optimization of the landintensive use of land of Shouguang City, structure of urban land use, urban land usereplacement project through.
