Accompanying the development of the world economy, the rapid expansion of energy consumption, the energy shortage, environmental pollution, climate change and other issues become the focus of attention, has become a global consensus. Energy-saving and emission-reduction is confronted with a grim situation due to the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the continuous upgrading procession of the consumption structure. Vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization was put forward at the Eighteenth National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, which ensured the strategic position of Energy-saving and emission-reduction from the ruling idea. Developing the energy conservation service industry and promoting energy-saving and emission-reduction using the market mechanisms can not only cultivate the strategic emerging industry, form new economic growth point, but also create conditions for the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Energy conservation service industry has achieved outstanding results in America, Europe and other developed countries. Energy service companies belong to the productive service industry, which is the market main body of the energy conservation service industry. Due to its strong technicality, energy service companies are prospected to lead the strategic emerging industry energy-conservation and environment-protection, its rapid growth means greatly to the promotion of energy-saving emission reduction. However, the early stage energy service enterprises in our country present a growing power shortage situation due to small scale, not enough policy support, difficulty in finance and other problems.Dynamic mechanism of energy service companies to grow is the main content of this research. This study explores the relationship of growth factors in China’s energy service company and its growth performance by using the literature review and theory-studying method, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, etc.First of all, review and evaluate the theoretical documentary on energy service companies, value chain theory, mechanisms of enterprise growth power, which provide the foundation for studies in dynamic mechanism of energy service enterprises growth. Secondly, this thesis study the energy service companies systematically, analyze the composition of value activities in energy saving service value chain and build the energy service companies value net using the value chain(net) theory. We build energy service companies growth dynamic mechanism conceptual model and design the questionnaire based on exploration in value creative principle, advantages, symbiotic nature, subjective selection and value distribution strategy of the energy service companies value net deeply, combined international comparison of energy service companies, obtained the energy service companies dynamic growth factors and its effective mechanism. Furthermore, the methods mentioned are put into practice. According to the effective data collected from the survey, using statistical analysis method, get the best fitness structural equation model. Finally, according to the optimal fitting structural equation model, based on the value chain theory, constructs the dynamic mechanism for the growth of energy service companies in our country, and proposed the corresponding management countermeasures.
