A Research On Dynamic Mechanism Of Voluntourism Based On Structural Equation Model

With the improvement of living standards, consciousness、self-concept of people significantly enhanced, more and more people are willing to provide assistance to society and other people. In this social context, voluntourism emerged. Unlike mass tourism as an emerging tourism, voluntourism can not only make the tourists realize the purpose of vacation and leisure, but also without a negative impact on the local environment and communities of the premise.to help develop the local community. This interactive, public welfare, ecology, depth of experience of tourism can create multiple values that are truly sustainable way to travel. Understanding the dynamic mechanism of voluntourism is the basis for its health development.This paper analyzed the dimension of power that would impact voluntourism development. Designed the measurement scale of voluntourism development. Constructed the structural equation modeling of voluntourism dynamic mechanism. Access to data through questionnaires, with the support of SPSS19.0, LISREL8.70and other software, based on the covariance matrix of sample, used maximum likelihood estimation method. First by confirmatory factor analysis to measure the overall measurement model, on this basis, the structural model had been tested. According to the results of the model fit to amend and re-examination, and finally obtain the theoretical model of the dynamic mechanism of voluntourism.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are five dimensions of voluntourism dynamic mechanism that were perceived value of voluntourism, motivation, demand, agency and support. (2) The effect of destination image to voluntourism momentum did not exist.(3) Perceived value of voluntourism and tourism motivation had a significant direct impact on momentum of voluntourism.(4) Based on the findings of the analysis, there are some suggestions:to enhance the tourists perceived value on voluntourism; strengthen voluntourism agency, giving full play to the role of security; Cultivating the voluntourism supportive environment to stimulate demand.
