With the development of urbanization and industrialization,China's total energy consumption continues to rise,becoming the largest energy consumption in the world.In the total energy consumption,building energy consumption accounts for about 30%,and whether it is new construction or existing buildings,the energy consumption remains high,leaving huge potential in energy-saving.In order to solve this problem,the government of our country has introduced relatively mature market-oriented and new energy-saving mechanism: energy management contract from the developed countries.This mode has achieved certain achievements,and the building energy service industry is developing rapidly.However,due to the complexity of the building energy-saving service itself,coupled with the weak awareness of the whole society's energy conservation,the government incentive policy is not in place,there are so many problems in the building energy service industry.It becomes a significant issue that how to fundamentally solve the problem,and boost the building energy service industry.From the point of view of complexity theory,building energy service industry can be regarded as a self-organizing system with series of interrelated subsystems.This research will discuss evolutionary development of building energy service industry using the complex system theory,aims to explore the driving force of building energy service industry.Research contents are as follows:(1)Clearly stated the connotation of building energy service industry system.Then the boundary of building energy service industry system is defined,distinguishing the internal environment and external environment.(2)Explore whether building energy service industry system is dissipative from the qualitative aspect and quantitative aspect.Brusselator model is utilized to find whether the building energy service industry system can develop from disorder to order spontaneously.(3)The building energy service industry system is divided into four subsystems,namely core operation subsystem,industry compliance subsystem,production factors subsystem and external environment subsystem and the composition of each subsystem are analyzed in detail.Analyze the synergetic operation mechanism of the building energy service industry system,including synergy inside subsystem,synergy between subsystems and synergy between subsystem and external environment.(4)Apply order parameter in synergetic theory to develop an order parameter index system.Then utilize the DEMATEL(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory)to find out the main order parameter which guide the development of building energy service industry.(5)Explore the barriers in building energy service industry from the perspective of self-organizing and propose some suggestions to maintain the features of self-organizing.In addition,according to the main order parameters identified,advices are made in terms of technology support,industry standard and finance support.This study develops the motivation mechanism of building energy service industry.Judge the self-organizing features of building energy service industry from the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.And find out the main order parameters utilizing quantitative methods.The research findings not only have a certain theoretical contribution to enrich the research in related areas,but also guide and promote building energy service industry in China.
