Study On The Ecological Operating Mode Of China Automobile Joint Venture

Automobile industry has characteristics such as long industrial chain, high correlation, wide range of employment and big consumption pulling and in recent ten years it has achieved rapid development in our country. At the same time, along with the sharp growth of automobile ownership, the atmospheric pollution caused by automobile production, manufacturing and automobile exhaust have attracted wide attention. How to make more friendly environmental and green production, manufacturing and transport based on pushing national economic growth and providing convenient life for Chinese people becomes an important subject for automobile manufacturing enterprises in China. Under the background of ecology, it is in urgent need for automobile joint ventures in China to improve collaborative innovation capability, manufacturing level, local competitiveness and achieve rapid and sustainable development through ecological operation. So, this dissertation explores the ecological operation mechanism of automobile joint ventures in our country, constructs the automobile joint ventures’ ecological operation mode and its realization mechanisms and designs the the evaluation system on ecological operation effects. This research has important theoretical significance and practical value for the automobile joint ventures in our country to improve operation and management level and effects as well as realize spanning and sustainable development.In defining the connotation and the idea about ecology and ecological operation of automobile joint ventures in China, this dissertation analyses the ecological operation characteristics, rules as well as the internal and external influencing factors. Also, it builds the system dynamics model of ecological operation and reveals the power factors and related rules of automobile joint ventures’ ecological operation. Then it designs the ecological operation modes of automobile joint ventures, in which the ecological R&D mode includes the local dominant design, users’ participation in design and platform open innovation; the ecological manufacturing mode includes the flexible lean production, green manufacturing and digital manufacturing; the ecological marketing mode includes the CRM marketing, experiential marketing and O2 O marketing. After that, the framework of ecological operation mode’s implementation mechanisms of automobile joint ventures in our country is constructed. From three aspects of screening of eco-technological innovation, ecological collaborative innovation based on the supply chain and ecological innovation based on the Internet, the eco-technological innovation mechanism is constructed. From three aspects of investment and financing, capital allocation and capital operation monitoring, the ecological operation funding mechanism is constructed. From three aspects of team classification and building, team learning and training as well as team creativity improvement, the team development mechanism of ecological operation is constructed. From three aspects of the joint venture interest coordination, shareholders’ multi-level cooperation and win-win cooperation mechanism innovation, the incentive and constraint mechanism of ecological operation is constructed. From three aspects of cultural differences identification, cultural conflicts control and culture fusion, the cultural integration mechanism of ecological operation is constructed. The evaluation index and model for ecological operation of automobile joint ventures in our country are also established and the evaluation feedback tactics are put forward. At last, by takeing Beijing Hyundai company as the empirical object, it analyses the company’s ecological operation development course, current ecological operation modes situation and it evaluates the company’s ecological operation effects. At last it makes an optimization design on the company’s ecological operation modes and puts forward the modes implementation tactics.The Chinese automobile joint ventures’ ecological operation modes and their implementation mechanisms proposed in this dissertation will not only enrich automobile joint venture operation management theory, but also provide scientific basis for Chinese automobile joint ventures to push forward the ecological operation, and at the same time provide useful references for the ecological operation of the whole automobile industry.
