Comprehensive transportation system is made up of railways, highways, waterways, pipelines and air transport and other lines, station, etc., and which is an integrated transport body according to the division of its technical and economic characteristics of coordination and influence each other and the organic combination. It is one of the important factors affecting human economic activities, and its development makes the labor, resources, capital and other elements realizing the optimal allocation in the spatial industrial pattern, and giving impetus to the development of industry and regional economy. While the progress and development of the region industry will promote the demand of the construction of comprehensive transport system, so as to promote the development of comprehensive transportation system. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between comprehensive transportation system and spatial industrial pattern.This thesis regards the relationship of restructuring and optimization of comprehensive transportation system to spatial industrial pattern, and using the panel data concerning fixed effects, random effects, and dynamic panel data analysis, ADF stationarity test, VAR error correction model, cointegration test method, Grange causality test and other theories, empirical research on the restructuring and optimization of comprehensive transportation system to spatial industrial pattern. Specifically, this thesis mainly includes the following four parts:(1) Analysis on the influence factors of the restructuring and optimization of comprehensive transportation system to spatial industrial pattern. Based on the comprehensive using of spatial economics and the transportation system dynamics, this thesis study the mechanism of industrial space formation and evolution based on "traffic efficiency" and dynamic mechanism of restructuring the spatial industrial pattern based on the new economic geography, and the results show that:1) the restructuring and optimization of comprehensive transportation system to spatial industrial pattern is closely related to economic factors, population factors, comprehensive transportation and industrial location choice, and so on; 2) the market demand size of integrated economic activities and industrial activities is directly with the market demand size of comprehensive transportation system and other related factors; 3) the rationality of the spatial industrial pattern and its distribution is related to the level of economic development.(2) Research on the agglomeration features of the restructuring and optimization of comprehensive transportation system to spatial industrial pattern. For researching the relationship between restructuring and optimization of comprehensive transportation system and spatial industrial pattern, this thesis establish the system dynamics mechanism of spatial industrial pattern of development and comprehensive transportation system based on establishing the index system of comprehensive transportation system of modern development measure,and the results show that:1) spatial industrial pattern of different industries and its influencing factors have differences; 2) the industry with small industrial agglomeration degree low have low agglomeration degree and dispersed distribution.(3) Researching on restructuring and optimization of comprehensive transportation system to spatial industrial pattern. Considering the certain difference of spatial industrial pattern between administrative units with the same level administrative units, this thesis establish respectively empirical model of China, different provinces, and Yunnan province from the perspectives of before and after the industrial, spatial spillover effects perspective, and industrial agglomeration, and the results show that:1) the development of comprehensive transportation system has a significant positive effect to the development of agricultural and industrial, but not to the service industry; 2) the development effect of comprehensive transportation system is not significant to the service industry.(4) Researching on restructuring and optimization of Yunnan comprehensive transportation system to spatial industrial pattern based on the segmentation perspective of the second industry. On the segmentation perspective of the second industry, this thesis research on restructuring and optimization of Yunnan comprehensive transportation system to the second industry pattern according to cointegration test and Granger causality test, and the results show that:the agglomeration distribution of highway and highway network can cause effective concentration of industry and construction space to a certain extent, but there is a clear mutual causality between the spatial agglomeration of railway network and the spatial agglomeration of industry, and the spatial agglomeration of industry has a significant effect on the spatial agglomeration of various transportation modes.
