With the development of high-speed rail technology in recent years,high-speed trains have great competition against traditional railway and air transport industries in specific traffic corridors or regions.This harmful competition can be weakened through reasonable and effective arrangements in high-speed rail and air route organization.The integrated transportation hub is a new transportation system organization model in this development background.In recent years,western developed countries have planned and build some integrated transportation hub,like Charles de Gaulle Airport,Frankfurt Airport,etc.Driven by comprehensive support for integrated transportation integration policy,China's integrated transportation hub has been applied to actual projects,such as Shanghai Hongqiao integrated transportation hub,Beijing Second International Airport,etc.The integrated transportation hub integrates different modes of transportation,the hub area has stronger elements and rapid economic development,promotes industrial restructuring,and optimizes industrial space layout.Integrated transportation hub area has become the focus of research in human geography,urban planning and transportation economics.Based on the enterprise data and theoretical foundations such as Node-Place Model and Complex Adaptive Systems theory,this paper constructs the technical route of industrial structure and industrial space in the integrated transportation hub area,takes the Hongqiao integrated transportation hub area as a case study,studies the industrial structure,industrial space evolution and mechanism of the comprehensive transportation hub area.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics and transformation of industrial structure in Hongqiao integrated transportation hub region by using enterprise data of Hongqiao integrated transportation hub.The study found that the traditional service industry has a high proportion,the modern service industry has a relatively low proportion,and there is a certain proportion of manufacturing industry.The industry in the hub area has a layer structure.Different layers have their own industrial structure characteristics,the inner circle is dominated by traditional service industry,the middle circle is dominated by modern service industry,and the outer circle is mainly composed of manufacturing,traditional transportation and modern service industry.This paper explores the characteristics of industrial structure evolution in the hub region by comparing the industrial structure evolution of the hub region before and after the operation of Hongqiao integrated transportation hub.The hub area has gradually transformed from a manufacturing economy to a service economy.The growth of the modern service industry is strong,but the traditional service industry is still leading the development of the service industry at this stage.This paper analyzes the dynamic factors of industrial evolution in the hub area and clarifies the direction of industrial evolution in the Hongqiao hub area.Using gray fixed weight cluster analysis to select industries,it is determined that the hub area will form a diversified modern service economy system,which takes the headquarters economy and international trade as the leading business mode,takes aviation logistics and exhibition tourism as the functional format,and takes professional services,information services,financial services,education and training,medical services and cultural creativity as supporting formats.Secondly,this paper explores the mechanism of industrial space differentiation with hotspot analysis and nuclear density estimation,this paper analyzes the evolution process of industrial space in Hongqiao integrated transportation hub area.The industrial space structure of the Hongqiao integrated transportation hub area is different from that of a single type of transportation hub area,has a unique spatial pattern.The industrial space evolution of Hongqiao integrated transportation hub area shows three characteristics of point-line-area evolution,spatial accumulation and spatial replacement.And the industrial spatial structure from the pivotal structure of the hub to the linearly differentiated structure,and then to the evolution of the circle structure,shows the characteristics of clear center,circle distribution and network spread.Based on the complex adaptive systems theory,the industrial spatial evolution process of Hongqiao integrated transportation hub area is divided into industrial space formation stage,industrial space growth stage and industrial space emergence stage.In these three stages,the types of industries are attracted,the scale of industrial development,the mode of operation,and the staged subjects are all changing,showing different development characteristics.It continues to deepen and create different spatial structures in the construction of supporting facilities,the concentration and flow of factors,the formation and development of urban functions and the formation of regional brands and other aspects.Thirdly,based on the Node-Place model,the study explores the characteristics of node function and site function of Hongqiao integrated transportation hub,and reveals its complexity.The average daily passenger flow of the hub and the number of enterprises in the hub area are selected as the characterization indicators of the node function and the function of the site.Using the node-place model diagram to show the development status of the hub area.Finally,analyzing the relationship among the "accessibility quality","site quality","traffic flow" and "business type" in Hongqiao hub area and observing the industrial development potential of the hub area.According to the future development of the industry in Hongqiao integrated transportation hub area and the expansion trend of the space circle structure in the hub area,the industrial layout mode of the comprehensive transportation hub area has been refined.This paper is an initial exploration in integrated transportation hub area.The innovations are: revealing the connotation of the integrated transportation hub area,summarizing industrial structure and industrial spatial evolution and mechanism pattern in integrated transportation hub area,the node-place model and Complex Adaptive Systems theory are introduced into the study of the industrial development of the hub area.It is expected to have reference significance for the construction of China's comprehensive transportation hub and the industrial development of the hub area,provide planning control ideas and references for the comprehensive transportation hub that is about to start or has begun construction in China.
