Research On The Social Entrepreneurship Management From The Perspective Of Risk Control

Social entrepreneurship refers to the individual or organization stimulated by social mission making full use of the opportunity and commercial operation mode to achieve social purpose and promote its own sustainable development by the performance of entrepreneurial activity. This activity is the constant pursuit of innovation, efficiency and social interests of society. Social entrepreneurship is demonstrated by the following three historic functions and roles: first, social entrepreneurship releases social vitality and compensates for the failure of market and government; second, social entrepreneurship has the characteristics of integration of government, enterprises and other forces to solve social problems; third, the innovative spirit of entrepreneurship will provide spiritual impetus for the development of civil society.Entrepreneurship enterprises in our country are few on real significance and the majority of entrepreneurship enterprises lack the funding and management skills necessary for the growth from small grassroots organization to large institutions. Therefore, carrying out the relevant research on the management of social entrepreneurship which is combined with China’s national conditions and promoting the mentality and the method of social entrepreneurship has theoretical value and practical significance.Using these quantitative analysis tools, such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, prospect theory and game theory,etc.,this paper probes into social entrepreneurship from the perspective of risk control. Firstly,it sorts out the related researches and defines social entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurship. Secondly,on the basis of the relevant theories and the features of social entrepreneurship, the influence factors of social entrepreneurship are comprehensive and systematic analyzed.Then it constructs the social entrepreneurship projects evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.And these two key factors which can control the failure or success of social entrepreneurship are discussed. Finally, it puts forward some relevant suggestions on the sustainable development of China’s social entrepreneurship.This thesis consists of six chapters, the main contents of this paper can be summarized as the following four aspects.Firstly, the main factors that affect the development of social entrepreneurship inChina are analyzed systematically, including the entrepreneur, risk and challenge,environmental factor. For entrepreneur, basic qualities, family and educational status,age and sex structure are inquired into; for factors of risk and challenge,opportunity cost, entrepreneur’s ability, the uncertainty of entrepreneurship and the challenges faced by entrepreneur are analyzed; for environmental factors, policy, economy,culture, science and technology are analyzed. This paper argues that the main factors which affect the development of social entrepreneurship are the insufficient policy support, difficult venture financing and entrepreneurs poor qualities.Secondly,this paper establishes an evaluation index system of social entrepreneurship in relation to the attributes of social entrepreneurship and according to certain principles. The system consists of five first level indexes and nineteen second level indexes. These first five indexes include innovation, public welfare,entrepreneurial environment, market factors and competitive factors. Then it evaluates the social entrepreneurship projects based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to help the entrepreneurs choose better project. At the same time, this research also does a corresponding empirical analysis.Thirdly, on the base of analyzing the risk decision for social entrepreneurship,this paper sets up a decision model based on the prospect theory. Firstly, it analyzes the risk undertook by social entrepreneur and the decision effect of risk propensity and risk perception. Secondly, it introduces the expected return of social entrepreneurs and the risk decision analysis based on the prospect theory. Finally,combining the expected spirit return and material return, this paper constructs the value function applied to social entrepreneurship, establishes venture decision model based on the prospect theory and also makes a corresponding empirical analysis using this model so as to provide decision-making reference for social entrepreneurship.Fourthly,Lacking of funds is the bottleneck problem which restricts the development of social entrepreneurship. It is inevitable to introduce entrepreneurship venture investment. Venture investors mainly pursue economic efficiency while social entrepreneurs pay much attention on social value. So how to consider various factors and make optimal decision is very important for social entrepreneurs. Thus this paper introduces game theory to quantify the game process between the social entrepreneur advocating social benefit and the venture investor pursuing economic benefits so as to supply decision-making reference for these two parties. This paper gives a game analysis of entrepreneurship venture financing, including the analysis of complete information static game, incomplete information static game, entrepreneurship venturefinancing of multi order repeated game analysis and cooperative game of social entrepreneurship venture financing.Social entrepreneurship is the inevitable outcome of economic development to a certain stage and the rise in the relationship reconstruction between the state and the society. Its development level reflects a country’s social culture, civilization and social progress level. So we must take some measures to promote its sustainable development.
