Economic development is inseparable from the support of energy as the world’s largest coal production, consumption and import country.In the very long future, domestic coal is still the main source of domestic energy. Coal belongs to the high carbon energy, harmful gas and dust produced by coal burning are serious pollution for the surrounding living environment. In addition to the environmental issues, the coal enterprise is facing other problems today, modern enterprises’ uncertainty and complexity of the internal and external environment surges, including the uncertainty of personnel and that of the objective environment, there are still many problems for the development of coal enterprises.Aiming to resolve these uncertainty and disharmonious problems and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness,coal enterprises must improve their internal and external management level and make themselves efficient and harmonious. Therefore,we discuss the harmonious management mechanism of coal enterprises,and analyze the internal and external harmonious force of coal enterprises. This dissertation is structured as follows.Chapter One,Introduction. The chapter explains the background and significance of the dissertation, puts forward the problems in the coal enterprise management and the role of the harmonious management, the related literature at home and abroad are reviewed, and introduced the paper research content, method, technical route and innovation points.The second chapter, the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. This chapter defines the concept of the harmonious enterprise, the enterprise harmonious force, the enterprise harmonious management efficiency, cultural harmonious force and stakeholders harmonious force, and generalizes the related theory, including structural equation theory, game theory, the information entropy and unascertained theory.The third chapter, the generation and optimization mechanism of coal enterprise harmonious force. This chapter builds the harmonious management conceptual model, the factors of which include its composition, structure, internal environment and external environment.The chaper analyzes the internal and external harmony force’s generating mechanism and its constituent elements of the coal enterprise, analyzes how these factors affect the enterprise harmonious management.The chaper uses the harmonious management theory in the coal enterprise, builds the mechanism that coupling the people factors and objective surrondings factors arounding a harmonious theme complied with the principle of “HE” and “XIE”.The mechanism makes the internal and external coupling, promoting harmonious enterprises. The coal enterprises’ internal harmonious operation mechanism mainly involves the structure, organization, internal environment harmony.Coal enterprises’ external operational mechanisms of harmonious management mainly involves the external macro running mechanism and external micro operation mechanism.The external macro mechanism mainly includes political, economic, environmental, social, regional harmony.The external micro operation mechanism mainly involves stakeholders’ harmony,including the employees, shareholders, customers, creditors, suppliers and competitors.The fourth chapter, coal enterprises’ cultural harmonious force. Due to the corporate culture has played a key role in the enterprise harmonious management, this chapter focuses on the relationship between corporate culture and harmonious management effectiveness.The dissertation has studied on the literature research, combined with the actual situation of coal enterprises. According to the conceptual model of enterprise culture and expert opinion, the corporate culture is divided into five dimensions-- spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture, material culture and safety culture. The measuring factors of harmonious management efficiency are divided into four dimensions-- constitute harmony, organization harmony, harmonious internal environment, and the external environment harmony. Questionnaire the design of harmonious corporate culture force, to prove the relationship between the enterprise culture and harmonious management effectiveness.The data collected from the questionnaire finally proves how enterprise culture impact on the harmonious management efficiency.The fifth chapter, the coal enterprise stakeholders’ harmonious force. This chapter analyzes the three dynamic game model of the government- coal enterprises – residents. The nash equilibrium is obtained, in which companies build a harmonious mining area, the government regulate, residents reaction. This chapter alse analyzes the stakeholder literature, designs the stakeholders’ harmonious force questionnaires under the guidance of related experts. According to the questionnaires,using the AMOS software to prove the relationship between the stakeholders and the harmonious management efficiency.The sixth chapter, harmonious index of coal enterprises. The chaper focuses on the harmonious index. The section studies the literature about the harmonious management evaluation system combined with the expert argumentation, then establishes the harmonious index evaluation system of coal enterprise from the internal and external aspects. The internal factors include structure harmony, organization harmony, internal environment harmony, and the external ones include macroscopic and microscopic harmony. At last, 14 secondary indicators and 57 secondary indexes are given. The chapter also combines the ANP level analysis method with the traditional entropy weight to optimize the entropy weight analysis.The section constructs the harmonious index evaluation model of coal enterprise based on the unascertained measure.The chapter analyzes SD group case,and evaluates the index of SD group.The seventh chapter, conclusion and prospect. Summarize the conclusion, this paper expounds the paper main innovation point, and directs further research.In this dissertation, we have made four innovative contributions as follows.(1)This dissertation has carried on the theoretical innovation, building a harmonious management mechanism of the coal enterprise. It defines the concept of the coal enterprise harmonious strength, and defines the factors that influence the enterprise harmonious from internal and external aspects,and analyzes how these factors affect coal enterprise harmonious management combined with the particularity of coal enterprise. For the first time, the harmonious management theory is applied in coal enterprises. The coupling of “HE” mechanism and “XIE”mechanism is applied in the coal enterprises. Thus, coal enterprise harmonious strength optimization model is put forward, and it helps to improve the management level of coal enterprise.(2) This thesis puts forward and defines the concept of cultural harmonious force and harmonious management efficiency innovatively. It expounds the connotation of harmonious enterprise culture mechanism. Through the literature research, expert argumentation, and questionnaire survey, it collects the effective data of the relationship between the company culture and harmonious management efficiency.Using the data verify the relationship between the corporate culture and harmonious management effectiveness.Studies have shown that the enterprise culture has a positive impact on the harmonious management of the enterprise.(3) This dissertation puts forward the concept of harmonious stakeholders force, and defines it. It determines the influencial factors of the stakeholders through literature study, expert investigation, questionnaire analysis. Using structural equation methods analyzes the questionnaire data to demonstrate the relationship between stakeholders and harmonious management effectiveness, established the path between the two parts: Stakeholders has positive influence on harmonious management efficiency.(4) Previous researches attach great importance to the harmonious management performance problem from the point view of profits of the enterprise. Less of them study the enterprise harmonious degree evaluation, especially for coal enterprise. This paper creatively puts forward coupling the ANP network hierarchy analytic method and entropy weight method as comprehensive weights of evaluation in order to improve the deficiency of the entropy weight. The dissertation has carried on the empirical research to verify the rationality of the evaluation method.
