Industrial Harmony Theory

This dissertation carried on an elaboration of the industrial harmony proposition on a brand-new view. And it carried on a systematic inspection of the industrial harmony mechanism. According to the development of the times and the industry, this dissertation proved to set a harmonious industrial framework is necessary. The thesis consists of four parts.In the first part , author mentions the theory basis and reality basis on industrial harmony, and introduces the theory significance and practical significance .It elaborated the proposition proposed ,which attracts multi-disciplinary attention together .The industry harmony take the philosophy as a foundation, take the economic as the direction, take the sociology as the home to return to.The second part is the key part of this thesis. This part elaborated the industrial harmonious connotation emphatically and constructs the industrial harmonious conception framework. Then clear off the relationship between industrial harmony and the industrial system.The third part has proved that the industrial harmony is of great significance from the reverse side. It explained the conception of non~ harmony in different aspect in the economy and society.The fourth part is also a key elaboration content of this thesis, this part discusses emphatically on the first three partial elaboration foundation above, studied the industrial harmonious mechanism. Firstly, it analyzed the industrial harmonious mechanism and introduced the industrial harmonious mechanism content. Then discussed the disadvantage factors of industrial harmonious mechanism, Finally, it put forward the counter-measures, to find the way to replied how to realizes the actual industrial harmony.
