Study On The Development Of Agricultural Industry In China From The Perspective Of Industry Chain

In the new normal we should take the industrial chain of modern industrial organization into agriculture. To promote the development of fusion of rural one two three industry is the inevitable choice for the agricultural industry development at present stage. In the present Chinese agricultural industry is still in the low end of industrial value chain, the primary agricultural products relatively separates from processing and marketing of agricultural products, the agricultural industry chain needs to further extend and expend. It is with important theoretical and practical significance to analysis agricultural industry from the national economic industry chain composing of the primary industry, the second industry and the third industry, in order to promote the development of agricultural industry, increase farmers income and promote rural economic development. This paper studies the development of agricultural industry in seven aspects such as the theory of institutional change, industry organization and division of labor cooperation by employing the method of historical and logic analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, summary and deduction research, comparative and system research.First, study the mechanism for the development of Chinese agricultural industry. We should establish a general concept mode of agricultural industry development, put forward to development ideas from agriculture, industry, service industry from the perspective of industry chain development of agricultural industry, set up the mechanism model of agricultural industry and discuss the growth path of Chinese agricultural industry in China.Second, research the subject dimension of the development of agricultural industry chain, analysis the development process of the subject of agricultural industry, the three subjects of agriculture, industry, service industry on the links of industry chain from the perspective industry chain and the main problems and reasons of agricultural industry development since the founding of new China.Third, research the agricultural market system from the supply chain dimensions. Quantitatively analysis the correlation effect of industry of China’s agriculture and industry, service industry and its characteristics, and based on the perspective of a unified market system discuss the main problems and reasons of agricultural markets for factors of production and circulation of agricultural products.Fourth, research the spatial layout of the agricultural industry chain from the spatial dimension. Analysis the new characteristics of the spatial distribution about the fusion agriculture, industry and service industry. Discuss personality characteristics and evolution law of agriculture industry development, and analysis the causes of problems about the spatial layout of Chinese agricultural industry.Fifth, research the value off agricultural industry from the value chain. At first, analysis the changes of the agricultural and industrial products price scissors with the price scissors and ratio method. Then clarify that the "price scissors" of agricultural and industrial products is essentially reflection of the value relationship between high low-end industries and show that agricultural industry is still in low end of the industry value chain.Sixth, summarize the experience and enlightenment of the development of foreign agricultural industry from the four dimensions of industry chain which are corporate chain, supply chain, value chain and space chain. Summarize the practical experience and enlightenment about the development of agricultural industry of developed countries which are America, France, Japan and other developing countries such as South Korea, Brazil, India.Seventh, put forward the corresponding policy measures about the agricultural industry in China from four aspects of the industry chain.There are four main conclusions as follows:First of all, from the enterprise chain dimension the agricultural industrial organizations of higher degree can equally cooperate with industry and service industry. On the one hand, the degree of organization of this synergistic effect through production to improve the coordination of the same agricultural production; on the other hand the agricultural industry extends back to services and extends forward to the industry, strengthen the agricultural production with each link, so as to obtain the synergistic effect.Secondly, from the supply chain dimension they should be well matched among the service industry, agriculture and industry. If the interface diameter of upstream service industry and downstream agriculture or If the interface diameter of upstream agriculture and downstream service industry are basically the same, you can avoid the waste of resources of production factors, only this can ensure the rational allocation of resources and efficient from inside of the chains of agriculture, industry and service industry.Third, from the space chain dimension the spatial distance of Chinese agriculture, industry and service industry should be considered to fit in a geographical area and try to build a complete industrial chain. Otherwise it will increase the transaction costs among the China’s agriculture, industry and services industry, It will not be helpful to conducive the development of Chinese agricultural industry cluster and the agricultural industrial cluster effect.Finally, from the value chain dimension the subjects of Chinese agriculture, industry and service industry will reduce the cost of coupling among the industry chains because of the closely related industry chain collaboration, which can reduce transaction costs and obtained by external transactions between downstream links of the agriculture, industry, service industry management, and will make the subjects of Chinese agriculture, industry and service industry chain obtain greater benefits, so as to maximize the value of the whole industry chain.
