Research On The Measurement Of Agricultural Industry Chain Development Level In Hebei Province

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy.The improvement of agricultural production efficiency can provide more support for the development of other sectors of the national economy,but at present,the weakness of traditional agriculture largely restricts the development of agricultural production.The introduction of agricultural industry chain provides an effective way to improve agricultural production efficiency and promote agricultural production.The agricultural industry chain links the pre production,middle production and post production of agricultural production together to form an organic industrial technological economic system,so as to make up for the lack of competitive advantage of traditional agricultural production mode and promote agricultural production.As a major agricultural province,Hebei Province should improve the linkage mechanism of agricultural industry chain,promote the deep integration of industries,and let farmers share the value-added benefits of industrial integration development,which are the inevitable direction of agricultural development in the future.This paper studies the development level of agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province.First of all,on the basis of combing the relevant theories and research status of agricultural industry chain at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the development status of agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province,and discusses the problems existing in the development process of agricultural industry chain.Secondly,from the four dimensions of length,width,height and contribution degree of agricultural industry chain,the evaluation index system of agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province is constructed and uses the AHP to determine the weight of the evaluation index.Thirdly,by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the development level of agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of the industry chain criteria layer and index layer,the following conclusions are obtained: the length and thickness of the agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province are not ideal,which are mainly reflected in the short agricultural industry chain and the lack of a complete industrial chain between the middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain;From the perspective of industrial chain width,it is at a relatively satisfactory level.The measurement results of industrial chain contribution degree are in general level,and the development level of agricultural industrial chain in Hebei Province is above the medium level.Fourth,in view of the evaluation results and the main problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further development of the agricultural industry chain in Hebei Province.
