The five Central Asian countries occupies an important position in the Silk Road Economic Belt regional economic cooperation. Can participating in the "Silk Road Economic Belt" economic integration promote their economic growth? If the answer is yes, then what is the way to participate in the regional economic integration?This paper firstly made a descriptive analysis on the economic geography of the five Central Asian countries, outlined these countries’ GDP and growth, trade scale and structure, transportation facilities construction situation and regional economic integration organizations profile.This paper measured the level of absolute integration and relative integration of China and the five Central Asian countries, put the two variables into the expansion model of economic growth, and made an empirical analysis.This paper analyzed the path of regional economic integration, the level of trade integration on China and five Central Asian countries is in the continuous improvement, the transportation integration level is low., the financial integration level is very low.
