Guangxi is located in the south of China, where regional, national, and between countriesregions. Guangxi has rich national and regional culture characteristics and a variety of colorfularchitectural phenomenon. Research of Guangxi traditional culture of vernacular architecture,make a comprehensive system and draw the outline of Guangxi traditional vernaculararchitecture cultural picture is very important to deal with the trend of economic globalizationand culture globalization,and also supplement and perfection of regional architecture researchof South of the Five Ridges region culture. At the same time,it also helps to understand theconstruction of cultural dissemination, the evolution of the general process. And it is veryhelphul for the Guangxi regional architectural creation and provide a basis for the broadimplication.Cultural geography, historical geography and Humanities and social science knowledge,combined with the cultural dissemination and the general evolution law are used in thepaper.With these methords, systematically study and comprehensively analyses of Guangxitraditional vernacular architecture culture can be smoothly improved and constructionphenomenon of this culture transitional area can also be explorded.On the research method,field survey and literature research are paied equal attention to, and on this basis, theoccurrence and development of Guangxi traditional culture of vernacular architecture is beingperspective analysed.Firstly, Guangxi regional cultural background overview is the first discussion object inthis paper, focus on Guangxi native culture and the Han immigrants to Guangxi district cultureinfluence. Then Guangxi traditional vernacular architecture culture planning framework isbuild in the point of the nation and people.The regional framework divides Guangxi traditionalvernacular architecture culture into" Baiyue Ganlan architecture culture " and" Han habitatconstruction cultural district".Based on the building characteristic differences, these twodistricts can also be subdivided into six parts:Dong building culture, Zhuang building culture,Miao Yao architectural culture, Guangfu building culture, the Hakka architecture culture andthe Hunan-Kiangsi architectural culture.In the basis of architecture culture district of Guangxi,the overall layout, space characteristics and settlement public construction of these two largeareas (the stem bar area and Han habitat area) are being studied.Then, combined with basicelements of architecture: the plane form, building architecture and decoration, the research ofarchitectural cultural characteristics of these six subregion(Zhuang, Dong, Miao, Yao,Cantonese, Hakka, Hunan-Kiangsi)is also being improved. In the process of this study, adhere to the dynamic point of view and pay attention to theevolution of cultural construction such as "the Guangfu building stem bar"and" ground ofGanlan architecture", and tries to find out the influencing factors hidden in the evolutionphenomenon. This paper also discusses the corresponding protection principle and method ofGuangxi traditional vernacular architecture culture protection and developmentproblems.Those non material culture such as carpenter technology, ecological thought and therelevant life connotation contained in the traditional vernacular architecture should be thefocus of vernacular architecture extension and inheritance.The last part of the article briefly described the creation of current Guangxi regionalarchitectural and traditional architectural culture condition. We should fully study the mordencreation theory of the Five Ridges area to improve the creation and development of Guangxiregional architecture and deepening the research of local traditional architecture culture, and atthe same time, strengthening rual architecture technology in practical application.
